United Kingdom | 31 March 2023Terrible software, messages and emails dont get sent to tenants, impossible to find messages or work orders. Would not recommend. I have been in lettings for 20+ years and it is by far the worst software I have used. Created reports do not reflect balances when trying to chase arrears. Avoid if you want to keep good levels of customer service.

I contacted Nikoleta, her prompt response and assistance was greatly appreciated. The Arthur diary requires a little modification and we are aware same is being addressed. Nikoleta, in particular has assisted ourselves greatly and we appreciate same.

Thailand | 02 February 2023I use ArthurOnline for my whole portfolio. Some are now managed by agents and some are self managed. The ssytem (after I learned it) is easy to use and it keeps us super organised. The best part is the monthly tutorials, which means I get to speak to my ArthurOnline contact and ask questions (we keep a running list) and also get them to cast an eye over my dashboard to make sure I have it well organised. These guys are great and I am very grateful you made the software and most importantly the access monthly to the team to keep it all in great shape. Highly recommended!

Nothing is too much for them and they are great. Shout out to Max who always steps up and helps but my special shoutout is for Nikoleta. She's an absolute superstar and is always checking in and her responses are always rapid and she goes out of her way and above and beyond to assist me in any of my issues. I tell her this alot but she is my hero! Best customer service i've ever received. Be lost without her support and guidance.

The team at Arthur have been fantastic from start to finish from my initial meetings with Scott to the helpful support team who are always prompt and happy to help. Very happy we joined Arthur.

United Kingdom | 13 December 2022After two years decided I was wasting my time and money with Arthur. I am a small letting agent. Having a lifetime experience implementing financial systems I expected to be able to master this system but despite paying for the Arthur set up and investing untold hours, Arthur never delivered. Business critical processes, like paying rent to landlords, were not reliable. Support which initially was helpful, seemed to be fragmented, slow and disjointed. Sometimes well meaning support would solve problems in Arthur and cause problems in Xero our linked accounting system. I understand that the company changed ownership in the last year or so and since then support staff changed, levels of support declined and the cost to subscribers increased. The final straw was in a recent outage which stopped my business from paying landlords, I cancelled my direct debit with bank and to my surprise my subscription was rescinded immediately. This was not in Arthur's T&C's. I was contacted by support who said that they would look into my grievances, but I never heard from them again.

United Kingdom | 09 December 2022Sadly a costly and lengthy process to find out they can’t follow or even advise on a process that works for student accommodation providers. We are now a year down the line with still being unable to move to issuing of contracts. Bugs , false pathways , etc all contributing to a system that just doesn’t work for private student halls. They can’t allocate deposits in advance. They can’t accommodate non allocation of rooms. They can’t follow basic GDRP guidelines In short a waste of year of my staff and external teams time. I am now half way through next year bookings with having to revert back to docusign which worked No signed contracts nothing. I explained our process in January in detail and shared our process but they can’t even get basic formatting correct Apparently as we have used it they won’t reimburse us. We were being used as guinea pigs as this doesn’t work for a business such as private halls. So no we haven’t used it. No contracts signed from our go live date of sept 2022 means it’s not fit for purpose. Do not use this program if you are a private student hall provider. They just done understand the business or process

United Kingdom | 23 September 2022As a tenant, it seems that the app has been used as a way for the management company to ignore issues raised. I have twice raised issues through the platform which have been marked as “in progress” without any reply, only to chase them up months later. Amending original post as it appears to be the only way to respond to “Arthur’s” reply. I would hasten to point out that Arthur has no help- line/ department dedicated to assisting tenants (I know this because when I managed to get through to someone on a dedicated client line they told me as much) and I have yet to have a reply to any of the in-app tech issues I have raised over the course of my tenancy. A pro-tenant function would be a way to determine whether an issue raised to management regarding a repair has been viewed- this would allow tenants to determine if their concerns are being ignored or if there is some technical difficulty. And whilst the offer to look into my issue is welcome, it is the antithesis of the response I had from the company when I contacted them last Friday (23/09/2022) before posting this review

A change in system has been my biggest fear but Anthony & Nicoleta have been beyond brilliant in their patience with me, zoom meetings at a days notice, e-mails showing me specific video's to my questions and much more. United Kingdom | 29 July 2022We recently migrated to Arthur and I can only be honest here and say that we are not enjoying it at all. Arthur may be a great system but it seems very over designed for use by us luddites who find the processes very heavy handed and clunky and if it weren't for Anthony I think we would be despairing more than we are. However I am sure we will get used to it eventually with his patience and a bit more training. He has been so helpful it cannot be measured in a single review.

United Kingdom | 14 July 2022Not liking change I have found it very daunting migrating to Arthur from Tilt however Anthony has been more than helpful in explaining various aspects of Arthurs financial side. He rings me and books zoom meetings to answer any of my questions and is very understanding, its a relief to know he is there for continuous support. I'm still having issues with reports and work orders and find there not as simplified as they were on Tilt but hopefully I will be able to rectify this with Anthony so its suits my company needs. Again Anthony your a star.
