Bought two pairs of Vionic Shoes. Both casual. One for every day and the other for occasional wear. At 50 something years old, I suffer from achy, sore feet and wanted good looking yet comfortable footwear. They have made a big difference to my ability to be on my feet for longer periods of the day and not be in pain. A bonus is that my sixteen year old daughter thinks they look ‘cool’!

Vionic is a first class Company and I wear only their shoes etc, because they are so comfortable you feel they are made for you. If you need help Customer Service deals with your Enquiry immediately and really want to help nothing is any trouble. The delivery service is also first class so quick, I would definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service and amazingly comfortable shoes. I am a midwife working in theatre, wards and community and as you can imagine we are on our feet all the time. These shoes are perfect fit and beautiful. I'll be forever grateful to Vionic shoes. I've had to swap my shoes to half size bigger and I couldn't believe how quickly the new shoes arrived. Excellent service.

I love that the Vionic footbed is really comfortable but I absolutely HATE the fact that cheap synthetic materials are used for the uppers. eg cork effect sandals - the material started flaking off where the foot flexes after only a few months. The grey slip ons I wear around the house are showing similar wear. If the materials are not cheap then Vionic is being robbed! I have only ever bought one pair of Vionics full price because I firmly believe that they are overpriced (casual trainers and, again, the fabric just cracked and started falling off). Clarks Shoes seem able to use real leather and suede and produce footwear similar in price to Vionic. I understand that the money spent on research for the footbed technology has to be recouped but my very first pair of these shoes was a black leather patent pair of sandals manufactured under the Dr Weil brand and they are still looking good after 10 years! The quality definitely went down when the brand changed to Vionic.

I wanted to return a pair of slippers as they were not comfortable for me, I contacted Vionic and the customer service were really helpful. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Well made slippers, very supportive insole and sturdy soles so able to go outside. Comfortable and although open toed they keep my feet quite cosy.

Love Vionics, really help with my plantar fasciitis. Although not worn the sandals or slippers yet, I’m sure I will be just as pleased as with previous pairs.
