Easy website, good information on the products, sizes and colours available. I often chose Vionic shoes to help with my poor old problem feet! Always a good fit and a good range of styles. Really love the flip flops and trainers. Excellent quality footwear and a good price too. And even better in the sales! Have often received the delivery within 24 hrs of ordering- which is fantastic, especially as the last two orders were placed in Covid- 19 lockdown. They still arrived in record time. Good communication throughout. Will definitely buy more and thoroughly recommend.

I’m a new customer, and placed an order for some sandals. I had no idea of their sizing so ordered two sizes. I returned the pair I didn’t want.....free of charge......and was issued with a refund. I then placed another order for 2 more pairs of the correct size. On both occasions the order arrived the next day. I have to say I am very impressed with the service.....and the after sales customer service. Excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Vionic. So lovely to find pretty “orthopaedic” sandals, at last! I love these sandals so comfortable and i can walk for miles in them, i would definatley recomend them if you have problem feet.

The best shoes i have ever brought, i am a florist who stands for 12 plus hrs a day and i have plantar fasciitis because of this. The trainers i had were fabulous, so comfy and supportive. Cant recommend enough. Customer service is also excellent very quick to reply and so helpful.

Excellent service on all levels

Excellent service from Vionic! I received my order the next day which surprised me in the current circumstances. The quality and comfort of the sandals is as always with Vionic very good. I had to make a return as I ordered more than one size and this was dealt with very efficiently. Cannot fault any part of the process, which in these particularly challenging times was outstanding.

Delivery was prompt, this is my second pair of vionic slippers, yes they are more expensive than a lot, but, they last years. They are so comfortable, once you get use to the foot bed. Highly recommend.

Good fit and comfy .I have to have my shoes made but in summer I like to wear toe flip flop as one of my feet has have five operations on it the size is not the same .I would recommend these to anyone .

I was diagnosed with chronic plantar fasciitis it was so so painful. I researched the top 5 best shoes to wear and vionic was on the list. They are expensive shoes so I was some what reluctant to spend the money especially not knowing if they would help. One day I was shopping in TKMAX and found some vionic clogs at a really really good price so I bought a pair. By the end of the month I had bought 4 pairs of the same clogs! just so I don’t run out they are BRILLIANT! Just to be cautious I wanted some new boots but they are expensive (to me anyway) so I first bought some insoles for my old boots they really helped so I took the plunge and made my first purchase from the vionic website so easy and customer service and returns brill. Since then I have purchased 5 more pairs of shoes/sandals from vionic I really can’t imagine wearing any other brand of shoes. Vionic have really good offers and that is when I do my buying. Comfy and supportive

Bought a pair of bionic trainers and although they were so comfy and fitted perfect I had a problem with the rubber on the soles of my trainers. Contacted customer services and that very day I had a new pair sent out to me. No hassles at all. Great customer service. Ended up ordering two more pairs of sandals! Thanks :)
