No problems with the representative of guardian lock on the phone. She was very helpful but the facility she sent me to was not customer friendly.

I was in a terrible mood (for obvious reasons) but the guy who installed my IID was very informative and took my attitude with a grain of salt. Even managed to make me feel a little better about the entire situation. His name is Kenneth Brogden and works at the Columbia branch.

I found out at the time of my InterLock installation that Guardian only accepts VISA and MasterCard. I should have been told at the beginning of the process, not at time of payment.

They didn't have the equipment when I got to my appointment so I had to reschedule. After that everything seems good.

Thus far, I am unable to use "Guardian Interlock" because I cannot blow and hum at the same time. I am returning to the store for more "lessons" but the last time, I failed four times and continue to fail when trying to drive. I cannot continue to rely on my wife for transportation to and from work and work related appointments. Roger H. Lemke

No one told me I don’t need to use fragrance, on me no even in my car, no use listerine, i need to call them and let them know something it’s not working good. They exchanged the interlock and also not working well... it’s an old interlock, it may be the problem. It takes me 10 min to star my car, case when it says blow and you are blowing interlock stops and says abort, happens like 6 times then interlock locks...

no issues it’s easy to use and I don’t drink so barely an inconvenience edit: sometimes the “waiting” while it warms up can be frustrating especially if you live somewhere with hot months like Florida. sometimes it only takes 10 seconds sometimes it takes one full minute. Usually it’s quick. when it’s hot I usually just stand outside while I’m waiting so it doesn’t really bother me. So again, not a big deal! again, don’t drink and drive !!!!

The first day I got the device in my car it locked me out of the car that was parked in a store parking lot. I called customer service and they tried to make me pay 50$ for a code for something I didn’t even do. I was also on hold for an hour waiting for this code and no one came back. I then hung up and called back and was placed on hold once agian for a long period of time at this point I was done and had to get a ride home and leave my car over night night. This isn’t the First time I’ve had such a negative experience. I’ve had nothing but troubles with customer service and with my device .
