United States | 09 September 2021Yesterday, the day after Labor Day, I sat on the phone all day trying to get through having reached the hour limit twice leaving a call back number which resulted in no call back. I the meantime I was in constant contact with my provider continually pushing back my appt. time. Today, (I am in MT) I got up at 6am to call with hopes of getting through. My interlock was in lock mode due to the fact I had a rather serious illness. I was greeted by Dee Owsley, who explained how this would work and confirmed that I had an appointment at 9:30 am. She generously offered to give me a call back at an appropriate time to facilitate my timely arrival for my appt. And, she did. She was as helpful, patient, and friendly certainly the best representation of your company. This turned out to be a very good experience for me. You have a most excellent employee!

United States | 19 June 2021I have sent signed order by judge to remove the device from my vehicle on 6/5.. now the shop that installed the device doesn’t have a technician and Guardian states that I will be charged monthly monitoring fee although they are not doing monthly monitoring anymore so that’s theft. Essentially my vehicle is being held hostage as the $1,000 plus they’ve already received from me isn’t enough. Do not recommend using Guardian or Lifesafer Interlok services! Go anywhere but here.

Patient and was able to answer every one of my questions without hesitation. Im switching to guardian from intoxalock because ive had nothing but problems since day one.. I look forward to guardian it already feels like im great hands.. What a relief!

United States | 13 April 2021I’m giving one star solely because the reps I talked to were helpful. Handset went out. Had to pay for a tow (the rep said I couldn’t bring only the handset in) I then was told to email receipt and wait 7-10 days for refund. This happened 3.30.2021. Today is 4.12.2021
