United States | 30 October 2021Lifesaver is taking over Guardian.........for over a year, and multiple calls, I am still carrying a "balance due" each month. I'm told don't worry about it, it's taken care of. On Nov 21 I will be going to have my device downloaded again and was told by the technician that I would be charged this ficticious balance when they change the handset from Guardian to Lifesaver. You see, I live in South Carolina and it is the state of Florida that is requireing me to have this in my vehicle, so for some unknown reason they keep charging me fees from EACH state. I have spoken to supervisors/managers, Guardian technicians and they say on THEIR end that I show no balance.......but my receipt does. Therefore the business that downloads my handset information each month tells me that he will have to charge me this uncalled for fee on Nov 21 unless the company can go into the computor and show there is NO balance..........Again, they tell me to NOT worry about it.....it's been over a year and they still haven't corrected it on their end........YES, I'm concerned about it......I'll probably end up having to pay it, then battle to get the refund......!!!!!!
