My representative was friendly and pointed out several things I may have overlooked, such as a deinstallation charge and the $20.00 coupon. I'm glad I chose Guardian.

United States | 21 January 2016Tawanda Rozier was amazing and helped us through the entire process, but when I called back and spoke with another rep they said the place we had made our appointment was closed and they were unable to set up another appointment. That was very upsetting. They gave us lots of inaccurate information, were unable to set up another appointment anywhere and were just overall terrible. The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars is because of Tawanda Rozier following up with us and clarifying all the information and helping us reset our appointment. Tawanda should get 5 stars but due to the total lack of knowledge and inaccurate information from the other customer service I am rating 4 stars.

United States | 19 January 2016This situation is already a touchy subject since getting the device more than likely means you have a DUI. I called and spoke with a representative to get prices as i was deciding which device to get installed, she was helpful but could not get the information for the garage closest to my house, nor the 2nd closest, or even 3rd closest (according to the list provided by BAIID office). After checking other prices i decided to go with Guardian and called back. I spoke with a 2nd operator who gave me an appointment but then his system went down before the payment and he said he would call back in 10 minutes. I called back 1 hour later speaking to a third representative who got me through again but made my appointment for 2 days later. At that point i was frustrated and considered going elsewhere and told them i would call back. I calles right back speaking with a 4th operator who was helpful, got me an appointment for the next day and seemed to be the only one not complaining about her job and the system. However, when I arrived at my appointment she had "mistakenly" quoted me 200 dollars less than I need to pay. Having no choice, I am sitting here for "a few hours" hoping for no more surprises.
