United States | 21 March 2016My appointment was at 4:30. The technician was and hour late. They told me the appointment would take 2 hours. I was there for 3 hours. You think they would have comfortable chairs to sit when waiting for a long period of time.

United States | 20 March 2016This unit seems to take forever to "warm up" before you can begin the testing. Then when it finally does get ready about half the tests "abort". Especially for the retests.

United States | 18 March 2016JC made everything very easy to understand and was very patient with me and kept in touch..I believe she tried everything to get my iid installed but because the dmv had a certain date of install by..the dmv wanted me to wait 90 days at least until install..but not guardians fault..thanks

United States | 11 March 2016I had some problems initially with the install of the Guardian equipment at one of the service centers, and I eventually spoke with Teresa Hayes with Guardian Interlock. She was WONDERFUL and really made me feel good about the quality of service and care offered by this company. I honestly didn't expect anyone to listen let alone care about the issues I encountered since I am the one who made the mistake in the first place to be in the situation of requiring an interlock device, but Teresa not only listened, made me feel better about everything and truly was a joy to speak with. Highly recommend Guardian based on this interaction alone. :) Thank you, Teresa!!!

United States | 03 March 2016The day I got the interlock installed it worked fine a few times then locked up for no reason & I had to have my vehicle towed back to the shop the next morning. They replaced the box under the hood & it has worked fine since. Als Car Care staff was very helpful in trying to solve the problem but I was very upset that I had to have my vehicle towed when I only live 3 block away...not cool😓

United States | 24 February 2016I am not really sure what to say about Guardian itself. I tried several of their locations and couldn't even set up an appointment even when I asked them to set one two weeks out or however long they needed to then when I contacted them through their national hotline I got a gal from somewhere on the east coast(Kimberly) she seemed really concerned and I felt like she really tried to make the other locations be more cooperative. She told me to call her back if no one from my local shop got a hold of me by noon of course they did not so when I tried to re-contact her I got someone from Seattle who was less helpful and maybe even a bit rude. He was trying to sound nice but all the same it left me feeling like he was putting the blame on me for the other shop not even having tried to help me. Lucky for me I ended up contacting Ricks Automotive in Olympia they were certainly the high point of this experience. Ricki set me up an appointment (and kept it) the very first time I called her she new all about all the different paperwork and the device her techs Jeremy and Cruz were informative, helpful, and professional and they had me out of there when they said they would can't say enough good things about all the people and pickles at Ricks Automotive thanx guys and gals their the people who earned the five stars certainly worth going 45 minutes out of my way to end up where everyone knew their stuff.
