She went out of her way to call half a dozen locations for me to schedule a service. She made the whole situation feel less embarrassing and made me feel comfortable. I received a call back within a timely manner to what I was told I would get. I so appreciate all Stephanie did for me! Prices are affordable, which is great!

She calmed my fears,got my appointment for when I needed it and was happy and upbeat the whole time. It was truly a dreaded call/event I'm going through and kelly was great dealing with my not so positive attitude at first.
