They are consistently punctual, effective, and focused on finding positive resolutions. Today marks my second day using the shampoo, conditioner, and serum. While I know it's still too early to see results, I'm really excited! I love the texture and fragrance of the shampoo, and the conditioner meets my expectations for quality—both have been amazing so far. As for the serum, I'm not quite sure yet; it gives a slight burning sensation, haha! However, I have faith in this treatment.

United Kingdom | 06 December 2024Terrible customer service. They fill your email with offers, two to three per day with offer codes non of them work so if you want the item you pay full price. This is fine, but it’s cheaper on Amazon anyway.
