Tried these products and my skin reacted badly. They claimed they had refunded me in full and then they sent me another product and charged my card without authorisation! Had to send two emails and have now been told i will be refunded.

Jolly made it easy, explained everything I needed to know and assisted me to get the better price.

I had a delivery query as it was taking sometime to arrive but Francis sorted it out and was good communicating and assisting with the issue.

I cannot say if the products work, I'm only on my first month of use, but the customer service is great. Denise has helped me make some changes to my subscription, taking advantage of some discounts and gift codes. You really feel valued as a customer.

I bought Scandiavian biolab serum, shampoo and the derma roller last December and I started to use it since January. I did follow the recommendation to use the serum every day by using two full pipes and so I did for over 6 months and half. As a result, I’ve never seen any improvement at all. I also had some spots on my scalp since starting using the products. So, I stopped the subscription and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Derudover så skulle man kunne ringe til deres kundeservice, men der er aldrig nogen der tager telefonen, man er bare nr. 1 i køen i en time indtil videre. Burde nok lukke for linjen hvis der ikke er nogen medarbejdere. Ekstremt uprofessionelt.

I have to say my experience with Scandinavian Biolabs was excellent. There was an issue with a subscription but the problem was solved within minutes. I had a reply to my email straight away and although this might not always be the case for a speedy reply I have no complaints. The products do work and I can recommend them.

Angela Flores has provided assistance of the first order and used her pleasant approach , serious understanding and help to allow me to continue to buy and use products that are excellent and to assist me in replacing small hair loss. Excellent employee.

Update: the error was fixed by the support team. I placed the order 2 weeks ago and it was not dispatched yet. The support seems to be just an automated answer and it is impossible to get the live chat, as the waiting time is always longer than 15 minutes. I start to have a feeling that this website is a scam
