I did follow the recommendation to use the serum every day by using two full pipes and so I did for over 6 months and half. As a result, I’ve never seen any improvement at all. I also had some spots on my scalp since starting using the products. So, I stopped the subscription and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Derudover så skulle man kunne ringe til deres kundeservice, men der er aldrig nogen der tager telefonen, man er bare nr. 1 i køen i en time indtil videre. Burde nok lukke for linjen hvis der ikke er nogen medarbejdere. Ekstremt uprofessionelt.

I had a reply to my email straight away and although this might not always be the case for a speedy reply I have no complaints. The products do work and I can recommend them.

The support seems to be just an automated answer and it is impossible to get the live chat, as the waiting time is always longer than 15 minutes. I start to have a feeling that this website is a scam
