United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I have been using Bio-Pilixin for just about 3 months. It is the first time I use a product against hair thinning. I carefully selected that product after comparing it with other shampoos and serums with similar claims. Scandinavian Biolab’s claims seemed more balanced and substantiated than a lot of those made by their competitors so I decided to give their system a go (shampoo/conditioner/serum). I was fully prepared to be disappointed, as I have a mistrust of marketing claims made for beauty/body care products. In this case, the company warns that the products can take up to several months to product results - so my thinking was « that could just be a very clever way of milking people for a few months before they lose hope the products will do anything of what they are advertising ». I remember thinking I was stupid for falling for this, that it would not work and that I was just flushing money down the drain. I very honestly can say I was proven wrong - spectacularly. Much to my surprise, after the very first treatment, it felt like my hair had a different, smoother texture. After a week of use, I noticed that my hair had a silkiness and a natural bounciness it hasn’t had in years of using expensive hair salon products. It stopped being brittle and I also noticed very fast (2 weeks) that the amount of hair I was losing in the shower had significantly gone down. Three months on I am beginning to see some tiny new hair growth. Overall, I am very impressed by the complete change in how my hair looks and feels - it hasn’t looked this good in a decade. I definitely intend to continue using these products. They are worth every penny they cost. As a side note, I had to contact the customer service of SB due to a misunderstanding about my first order. Jolly promptly and professionally responded (on Christmas Eve no less!) and addressed my complaint immediately. It’s so rare to see good customer service these days, it is worth calling it out. Great company and great products.

But with this, a real person on the end , Hasan , who responded within 20 minutes, understood my report request and actioned with a clear and concise summary. Very impressed!

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025Trying this product out - i'm in that window of waiting to see results.In the process i bought a gift for someone else and inadvertently ended up with an unwanted subscription. Hasan was very responsive, helped me resolve it, and has been great at communicating with me since. With new companies in particular this bit is often missing - not here, and it really helps customers to have a positive attitude to the brand.

United Kingdom | 30 January 2025Oh my word! Such a pleasure to do business with! Sent message of an issue logging onto my account to cancel subscription and follow-up order due to bereavement. Within FIVE minutes, Hasan replied AND dealt with it. How's that for customer service?! He was polite, helpful and fast. A credit to the company. As for the product, due to those circumstances, I was unable to follow the required regime. So jury is still out on whether new growth. It does tingle when applied after shower. I found it best to use stiff brush through first, morning and evening. The tingle is actually quite pleasant, as is the smell. It has given more life to my hair, so I'll continue to use the rest, as instructed. I plan to return in the future, when finances have settled after funeral costs have finished.

Jeg har over flere omgange forsøgt at lukke ned for deres “re-fills” hvilket har været fuldstændig umuligt. Jeg har været nød til at lukke mit kort for at komme ud af deres abonnement.

Water time and money! Customer service is awful sending the exact same response for my last 3 emails so it is also waste of time!!

I had a problem with the delivery and they immediately offered me a solution and even sent me a gift for the inconveniences - best treatment I have ever received!
