I've been using Bio-Silo-Cumin for a month and I'm pretty satisfied! My situation wasn't that bad, but in the last years, I had noticed a thinner hair in general. After using the Bio-Silo-Cumin, I'm noticing stronger hair. Guess it's working :) Thanks to Romina @customer service who provided useful info and kind advice.

I’ve been using the hair supplements and serum for the last 2 years. The result has been wonderful, all the hair has grown back, especially since I lost a lot of hair after giving birth.Their customer support is also wonderful. Had an experience with lost order recently and Denise Blanco was able to sort it out for me in a very timely manner. Overall, I’d highly recommend Scandinavian biolabs as I’ve been one happy customer.

Da ich bereits sehr gute Erfahrungen mit den Produkten von Skandinavian Biolabs gemacht hatte, habe ich mir das neue Produkt zum Test bestellt. Es kam kurze Zeit danach an und hat mich rundum überzeugt. Das Spray lässt sich sehr gut handhaben. Das Haar ist viel leichter kämmbar und bekommt nach dem Trocknen deutlich mehr Volumen.

All the products that I have used have been amazing, but now I discovered that the Customer Service is equally outstanding. My subscription package was marked as delivered by courier, but there was no package at my address nor my surrounding neighbors. I wrote Customer Service and they replied to me few hours after I created the inquiry. Within minutes Monaliza helped me out.

Schneller und zuverlässiger Kundenservice (Kontakt Romina) Über die Wirksamkeit des Produkts kann ich leider keine Aussagen treffen, da sich bisher bei mir nach ca. 4 Monaten noch keine sichtbaren Veränderungen ergeben haben. Der Kundenservice ist dabei sehr zuvorkommend und antwortet schnell bei Problemen in Bezug auf Lieferungen, die im Rahmen des Abonnements getätigt wurden! Die Sterne beziehen sich daher auf den Kundenservice und nicht auf die Wirksamkeit des Produkts (daher habe ich nicht die volle Punktzahl angegeben).

Romina made my experience great. This has been bar far the best customer service I have had for a very long time. Rapid, effective and friendly service across the board. Even if I didnt love the product so much I would recommend the brand based on this service alone. I wish all brands I love had this level of brilliant customer support.

Have been using the shampoo, conditioner and serum for about a year or so now. Really good product, and makes my hair feel great. Regarding hair loss, I am not 100% sure about. My hair is thinning, but stable now. So difficult to know 100%. But still a good product. Customer service agent Romina was really helpful sorting out an order issue I had.

When I wanted to change my subscription and add some additional items to try, Jolly was super helpful, friendly and prompt with making these changes for me.
