Not only is the hair serum that I have been using very good quality (haven’t been using it long enough to see noticeable change in my hair yet) but the customer service is excellent! I use the shampoo and conditioner after trying absolutely everything from nioxin to olaplex and everything in between. I have spent so much money trying to get my hair back to healthy after being ill for a very long time. I've only been using this for about 3 months now so I can't really speak on hair growth yet, although there is visible growth at my temples! But my hair has transformed from dull and flat and greasy to shiny and healthy and well, less flat! Its a shampoo so I'm not expecting miracles but the condition of my hair alone means I'm gonna keep using this and see what happens after maybe a year. The only downside for me is that it's a very thin shampoo with little viscosity so there's always a little bit wasted between the bottle and my hair but it still leathers nicely with a scalp massager! On the price, the serum is way out of budget and £18 for a shampoo seems a lot, however I have spent much much more so it's about what I expect for this type of product!
