I needed to cancel my bundle order this time. I have a wonderful experience with the support service, namely Angela Flores, who was very kind and patiently explained cancellations policy to me. She provided me with all details and followed up if everything is still alright. I already tried shampoo, conditioner and serum. My hairdresser told me during my last visit that I have many small hair growing again after a stressful period I went through. I can only recommend these products.

High quality product and great customer service. As far as I used the shampoo and serum, I have been satisfied and saw the result. it's very important to use it regularly and on a specific time. I tend to order more product and check the result. So far, happy with what I got :) and hope the others are also happy and get the expected results.

The product is the best I have tried for reactivating hair growth and I've tried 4-5 in the same price band. The website is informative and their product is clinically tested. Customer service is second to none, I've just dealt with Denise via their WhatsApp service and they were really helpful. The information and the resolution to my issue were great.

I unfortunately had to return some items due to no longer being able to continue using the products and the customer service has been fantastic. From the very start when I first communicated about the issue I was having, I received advice and tips as to what I could do to try to help, and when I no longer wanted to continue with the subscription the lady who responded to my query (Angela) was so helpful and very professional. She gave me options and tried her best to assist me to make things easier. Thank you for such good customer service and although the products didn't work for me on this occasion, I will be sure to pass on the company to anyone interested in these products.
