Ayane was really helpful in understanding my concerns and offered few suggestions that did not consider before. I would highly recommend to get with the team in touch if you have any issues. I have used these products for a good 4 months, so not quite the 150 day but close. I unfortunately did not see a change in hair loss. I have decided to give up using these products for 2 reasons. First, I still have a burning sensation when I apply the serum, which is quite bothering and unpleasant (even though I read that it should get better after 30 days of using it). And secondly, I don’t personally love the products. The shampoo is too liquid and the conditioner doesn’t do much, I still need to apply other products after, such as a leave-in conditioner, so that my hair feels good (for reference I am a female in my late twenties and I only have fine hair so not a tricky hair type).

I have used the Shampoo, Conditioner and Serum for 150 days straight, doing a morning routine as instructed by the company, including more than two pipettes of serum every morning. Honest review. Shampoo and conditioner are nice products, smell great and hair feels nice but do not do much for hair growth / strength. The main thing is the serum. If you are bold, or loosing a lot of hair I would not recommend this product. My hair line is receding and the top of my head is thinning. This product will not give you a new head of hair. It tends to make your hair feel thicker and fuller. however from photo evidence of my before and after, my hair possibly looks thinner than before on top. I do like the product, and im tempted to keep using it as when applied it does make my hair feel thicker, but hair re growth is minimal. One thing that annoys me about the marketing is the fact in a lot of social posts, they use people who you can tell already have really thick, non receding, long hair. People who probably do not need any hair regrowth product. Overal opinion. Smells great, does and ok job. If i saw more active hair regrowth i would give more stars but i simply haven't.

It's not often that hear back from companies so quickly when a web contact form is used but I was pleasantly surprised with the proactiveness and pleasant manner of Romina.

The messages I received were inappropriate, as I hadn't been able to order. I was contacted (quite promptly) by Angela Flores, who was very helpful indeed - she took my order herself and sent me an invoice, plus she gave me the 15% discount. An unpleasant situation was thus turned into a pleasant one. Looking forward to trying the product and hoping it will live up to its good reputation. Thank you, Angela.

En effet un produit qui contient de l’alcool c’est la pire chose que vous puissiez donner à votre cuir chevelu et surtout à vos cheveux. Ne vous faites pas avoir par ces entreprises commerciales qui ne pensent qu’à votre argent.
