My hair seems more thin after using the shampoo, and the serum makes my hair more rough. So the products unfortunately were not working for me. The employee Laura Ivy was very nice and helpful.

I am not happy with the product. I bought two bottles and after a certain time I stopped using the serum because I see absolutely no results. And my hair is of worse quality when I use it. Honestly, I see much better results with some much cheaper rosemary based products. I had high hopes for that product ☹️

Be careful with this Company. After purchasing a product they used my data to send products I never requested and automatically charged them to my credit card. You have the possibility to return them, but is super annoying to have to report them to your credit card and go through the process of refund.

I used this product every day for over 6 months as advertised. Zero improvement to hair — in fact it might have even gotten worse even though hairloss had been stable for a while before using this product. I don't mind trying new things, especially when there aren't many side-effect-free options out there, but at this price, I really expected better.
