Food was great! The south Asian dishes could use some work, but the rest of the meals were well worth it. Very convenient and healthy, helped me lose a bit of weight too!

i cant always afford ready made meals but when i can i get iku as a treat, all of it is so good and because its plant based its not like other ready made meals where you sometimes bite in to unidentified things. everything tastes great, especially the things they use miso/umeboshi in, always a huuuge flavour hit last time i got it they put in a black rice pudding as extra and i cant stop thinking about it, if youre someone whos busy can highly recommend this place. good portion sizes and very yummy

I found the school holidays the perfect time to place another order. The kids love the Mexican duo, I love that we all ate healthy without having to prepare meals or go to the supermarket. Always feel better and look flatter in the belly afterwards too. Thank you once again, will be back for more.

The spinach and eggplant lasagne was delicious! I got the best seller set and unfortunately two of the salads and the pudding were off. Other than that though everything was so delicious I’ll be ordering again.
