IKu is always consistently great quality, good portion sizes and with all the ingredient info it’s easy to know exactly what you’re eating! I’m a long time Iku customer going back to early days in Glebe in the 80’s and can honestly say Iku is still a favourite!

Great care with delivery and paying attention to detail with flavours....vermicelli in dishes sometimes be little bit undercooked. Otherwise, perfect pairings of flavours all around goes down well with the juices on offer

Variety in menu Taste

The meals are really tasty, and I love the addition of interesting textures and flavours like slivered almonds, edamame, and pickled mung beans. So far have exceeded my expectations!

The dishes are amazing and customer service has also been amazing! I had a few issues with a few best before dates being sooner than listed on the website and I was refunded for those meals. Quality is amazing. Kale Caesar was one of my faves despite being slightly too salty-the tempeh and dressing is impeccable! So far, I also especially loved the caramelised tart and polenta meatballs the most.

Great tasting meals , beautiful fresh ingredients, great variety the best vegan meals I've tried to date, Great job will order again.

More protein would be great, and an option for no onion :) otherwise the meals were delicious!

The team at IKU are fantastic and so responsive. I recently had some questions about IKU options given some medical dietary restrictions I have and received a thoughtful response. They were the only food delivery service to do this. The food is also delicious.

5 day reset menu Ordering, delivery and presentation all very good - lowered score due to the amount of fat and sugar in some meals which was a bit of a disappointment and the low ratio of vegies to noodles / pasta in other meals.

Not bad, very healthy, no meat, filling. Only down side is, greens don't seem fresh enough...

I’ve had food from Iku’s shops in Glebe and Martin Place and really liked it, so I was excited when I found out about their delivery service. We’ve had two deliveries now and our family has tried a variety of meals. We’ve found them to be tasty, the portions generous and filling, and we’re pleased to have a lot more vegetarian food in our diet. I also like that the meals are reasonably priced for us as a family of three; other pre-made meal services we use have become too expensive in the last year for us to order regularly. My only criticism is the meals come in plastic containers; while they are recyclable, this is a disincentive for me ordering. Iku’s website says the company is looking for alternatives to plastic packaging - I hope they work this out sooner rather than later.

Great food filling fab flavours

My IKU order arrived chilled and ready to eat. The variety of foods is great and I liked that there are lots of leafy greens. The meals taste incredible and are exactly what I needed to feel excited about food again. I highly recommend the scrambled tofu sprouted bread meal, as it was one of the most delicious lunches of my life. I think about it often! Perfect for anyone wanting to lighten the mental load or get some zest back into their life.

Eat IKU is the best service I have dealt with: they are prompt, reply to queries with warm and care. The healthy plant base meals are soooo good and the delivery service is so efficient you get a text the night before to give you a time driver will drop your order off and have a contact number for driver. So amazing other delivery service can learn from IKU. The only tiny thing that can improve is the website I found if not so straight forward to navigate. Love Eat IKU highly recommend the meals and top service and ethical practices too.

Great food, would be wonderful if there was delivery on a Monday for the week ahead. The only downside is we can only order one salad each because they are fresh. Really happy with the food quality and customer service.
