I booked a great cleaner through Tidychoice. The booking process was a bit clunky but I am very happy with the outcome.

The company is very friendly and understandable and fair with the wages, they always answer to my requests when i need something. I've worked for them for 2 years and never experienced any problems.Thank you Tidy Choice.

I found Barbara using TidyChoice and I have been really happy. She has been coming to ours for a year now and the TidyChoice team makes an effort by recommending replacements when she is off during mid-term and other holiday.

I booked for a cleaner on two occasions, no appearance and excuses were made on another occasion. There are only certain cleaners I have a preference for and those were not available. I want a refund of my deposit because of the bad experiences I keep having with the unreliable cleaners which is two so far.

Saabira is an exceptional cleaner. Always helpful and going above and beyond! If you want your house smelling and feeling fresh then i'd book Saabira! I had Saabira for several months and she is thorough, has a lovely personality and is nice to have in the house

The process of booking a cleaner, at relatively short notice, was very straightforward. The cleaner was excellent: she arrived on time, offered to work longer than we had booked for and was incredibly thorough. I will certainly recommend both the cleaner and TidyChoice. Customer service was also excellent and very efficient.

We booked a weekly cleaning service on tidychoice. Money was deducted a few days before start date but the person they booked never showed up. I thought I will contact customer support but it's not available over the weekend either. So need to chase for a refund now :(

My cleaner was punctual and efficient. She worked extremely hard, and my flat looks beautifully clean. All in the garden is not rosy however. I've had a problem with the website - unable to access my cleaner's mobile number (fortunately she called me), and have tried four times to leave a review.

The cleaner arrived 1 hour late and the following time she became rude to me when I was explaining how to place a toilet piece. I have a disability and I need things to be placed in a specific way.

Unable to try the service as the first cleaner was unable and the second cancel twice the cleaning.

We had an end of tenancy clean booked for today (Saturday). We did receive a call on Thursday to confirm the date and time. However, the cleaner did not turn up and did not answer our calls or messages. Additionally, TidyChoice is not answering our calls or messages. Do not recommend using this company. Update: Bumping up a star as TidyChoice did call and attempted to provide a solution. They arranged a new cleaner for the next day and provided a small discount.

I have tried a couple of cleaning companies before with poor results. TidyChoice have been excellent
