I will be getting my son a retest in a few month's time. I feel this was a great place to go to because the NHS has us waiting so long. The prices are very fair. They answer right away and customer services is great.

Canada | 16 August 2023Only because i could t choose 0 starts.. dont waste your money or time. Their results make no sence and if you know your body and self what they tell u your intolerant to can be things you dont even consume. Thats what happened to me and things i did consume that i am allergic to they say im fine. seriously. Also they took 3 weeka to reply to a complaint email. They are a wastw of time and money. Dont even think youll EVER get a refund from them. You will NEVER.

United Kingdom | 14 August 2023Don’t bother, doesn’t flag up foodstuff which I know I’m 100% allergic/sensitive to. I was trying it to see if there was anything else I’d become intolerant to but it brought up 3 items which I’m 100% tolerant to, what a waste of time and money. Looking at other negative reviews, they seem to have an answer to everything! Save your money and see your GP.

United Kingdom | 09 August 2023The tests results showed I had 3 food allergies that were red and therefore should be excluded from my diet. They did not tell me what food these were. So basically the test was a waste of money and not fit for purpose. I am allergic to cats hair that was shown as no reaction whereas if I get near a cat I have an Asthma attack. There were other items of food marked as no reaction which I know I am allergic to. I have emailed the company 3 times to ask what foods are in the red and should be excluded. I have used the chat line twice. No response with an explanation as to why they have not identified the 3 foods marked as red. Surely the whole point of allergy testing is to inform people what food they should avoid. This company has failed to do this, have not replied within the timescale shown on their website. It would seem they take your money then there is no customer service after that. I am now out of pocket of nearly £100 for a result that is inaccurate.

France | 31 July 2023J'ai commandé le 03 juillet, j'ai envoyé un mail de mécontentement le 18 juillet, j'ai renvoyé les documents ainsi que mes échantillons le 20 car soit disant ils n'avaient rien reçu.... Nous sommes le 31, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. aucun résultat!!!! Que dois je faire????

New Zealand | 29 June 2023Very excitied when I came across "Test Your Intolerance" online as they offfered pet hair testing. After having spent lots of money trying to figure out what our dogs may/may not be intolerent/allergic to I decided to take advantage of the inexspensive testing available for dogs. Im hoping this will give us some more insite. The samples are a couple of weeks away from arriving in the UK but Im looking forward to the results. I have had to make contact with Customer Service (which was actually in the UK) and "Elliott" answered my queries and put my mind at ease (as I wasnt 100% sure on the process) Very impressed so far. Thanks Team :)

France | 14 June 2023Voici mon expérience désastreuse sur ce site : - commande d'un test de 45 euros et règlement en ligne - réception dans ma boîte mail en spam, du formulaire de test et de la demande d'échantillon. Aucune adresse pour l'envoi, aucune information sur l'échantillon. - retour sur le site pour rechercher les 2 info citées ci-dessus. Et là mauvaise surprise, disparition du site. Il semble qu'il s'agisse d'une belle arnaque.

United Kingdom | 03 June 2023The process was really simple, the kits arrived on time and the instructions were easy to follow. We had some issues wit the results though. Mine came through very quickly but my wife's didn't. The problem was filling in an email address on a handwritten form, never a good thing and in this case created an error. Struggled to get this fixed by email but it was resolved quickly by chat. Recommend that route if you have any issues.

France | 26 May 2023Que dire ...? tchat...si c est un robot, il répond du mieux qu' il peut mais je ne suis pas contente de ne pas avoir eu le retour de mes tests, ce pour quoi j avais payé et presque 2 mois après l'envoi ! J 'ai envoyé un mail hier soir à ce sujet, pour l instant je n'ai pas eu de réponse d'où le tchat. Si le test s'est "perdu" une fois, je ne prendrai pas le risque de renvoyer un échantillon...Je suis en lien avec de nombreuses personnes qui l'ont fait et presque toutes ont eu la même réponse ( perte et renvoi de l'échantillon) ...encore une perte de temps et d'énergie pour rien et déception !!!! Je demande le remboursement
