Netherlands | 10 January 2023Their promptness of reply is good, but this company is misleading with their use of Canada as the location - it would useful to know that everything has to ship via the UK so we can factor in Customs charges as it does not clearly state that they are in the UK, on the bottom of their page it says they are located in Quebec. I am awaiting my confirmation from the lab, it has been 1 month so far since I shipped my sample.

Australia | 06 January 2023I highly recommend anyone who has tummy issues to do this test . My daughter has had constant problems with an upset stomach , she worked out lactose was a problem but was struggling to workout what else was the problem. Her son (11 years old ) ( my grandson) was having terrible problems with asthma and upper respiratory problems since he was born. So she decided to get them both tested . A very quick collection of approx 5 strands of hair each , with clear instructions where to send it and how to package . It gets sent to Sydney and then to the UK . approximately 4 weeks later a very in-depth report was emailed . As expected my daughter had a very high reading to lactose , also gluten, passion fruit, pineapple , soy and numerous other things . My grandson came back especially high with soy and soy sauce , which was really interesting because he’s been on soy milk all his life because he could tolerate cows milk . There was no sensitivity to cows milk at all . For the last 2 months he’s been on no soy products and touch wood his Asthma has really settled down . I’ve just sent off a test for myself , I’m interested to see what comes back with mine.

United Kingdom | 21 December 2022Sadly this didn't work for me. I know I'm very allergic to egg and milk which didn't flag up on the test, even though many other things flagged up. So this test was not accurate for me. There is no such thing as a money back guarantee either, that's just for the hair-sampling, not for anything else. So this was a waste of time and money. The response they have just given me below is just untrue and quite frankly insulting. I kept emailing them back and forth, and I clarified all questions they asked and clarified that I was not on any other medications etc. And in the end they stated: "Hello, We are very sorry that it did not work out for you. Blood Testing, DNA Tests & Other Tests and All other testing sold on this website or by us is excluded from our 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee. You have agreed to these."

United Kingdom | 21 December 2022I am really concerned about positive reviews in regard this company because from the experience i have had is far from positive and i'm not sure "Test your Intolerance" is still functioning. I have waited since late September for the results of an intolerance test, when i chased it through the chat bot function (it worked well), they confirmed they had the sample and apologized for the delay and said i would get the results in 7 to 10 days, that was on the 20th November. its now nearly 3 months and no results and i am still living with the uncertainty of what is giving me grief. Tried chat bot, tried emailing and the phone line always states it is now closed. I dont know what else to do apart from start again with another company. Please be weary

United Kingdom | 30 November 2022I sent many people and it is interesting to see many children with speech delay and autism showing high allergies levels to wheat and dairy with the blood allergy test (finger blood drop). However, I sent a man two weeks ago, allergic to pets hairs (hitching, asthma) and to nuts, especially hazelnuts. Throat hitching, difficulties breathing. The blood allergy test did not pick it up. It took us a little too much energy to get the 119 pounds refund, but got it within 10 days. Test your intolerance is a brand of Healthy stuff on line. I am writing this review for parents. The most important is observation. It is not because those tests don't show an allergy that it doesn't exist. Unfortunately, the celiac test at the NHS doesn't pick up the sensitivity, intolerance, wheat allergy, and the symptoms can be discreet but important especially for dyspraxia, apraxia. The NHS links officially dyspraxia and apraxia to celiac disease but it could be linked to sensitivity. That's why those tests can be very useful. The skin test at the NHS might not pick up either all allergies or intolerance. The lactose breathing test should be offered more often by the GP. It is a NHS test. You can also check by country the level of lactose intolerance. 99% in Ghana for example. There are very good privates allergists in Uk but it is expensive. There is no simple solution for allergies, intolerance, sensitivities. It is complicated.
