I messed up my order and then contacted the 24/7 chat service and was help and got everything sorted, the site it’s self could do with being a bit more on point with the layout, but thanks for the help Heather.

This is a company that I will always recommend! I wish more companies had the excellent customer service that they do! I spent hours creating the perfect photo book of my wedding renewal. I ordered books for my mom, dad and close friends. I wasn't aware that they had my old address when I checked out. When nothing showed up I contacted customer service and then was made aware that they had my old address and I didn't notice during checkout. Apparently the people who bought my old house never returned to sender. I instantly got sick to my stomach because the budget for this event was used up. I realized the fault was all on me. But Mixbnook reprinted my entire large order at no cost to me. the photo books quality was top notch and with the amazing customer service... Im at a loss for words. They saved the day. They have a customer for life! This company truly cares about their customers. I'll never use any other company for my photo creations. Mixbook is my company for life!

Don’t believe the results Had test done and the results don’t make sense. For example, I am supposed to be intolerant to butter, when questioned why not cheese and cream (dairy), the call handler came up with some vague answers. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on these tests.
