Booked well in advance supervised tests for a cruise. Tests arrived quickly. Any queries were answered by return. The day before we received our zoom link and on the required time logged on. Quick and easy test observed by the call handler. Worst part was completing the form to register the result, lots of repeat information required. However certificate came through within 3 hours so ultimately a good reasonable priced service for a supervised test.

Ordered a PCR test kit, paid an extra £3 for next day delivery and I am still waiting...no sign of it this weekend and they have abdicated responsibility blaming Royal Mail and state no refund as they have posted it and fulfilled their side of the bargain. I should have read the reviews before ordering as there are many all stating same problem. If they cannot guarantee next day delivery they should not be charging an additional amount for that service. I would recommend not using this company if you wish for a hassle free experience. Customer service is a misnomer.

I ordered these tests on Saturday 27th August and paid for next day delivery. I did not receive the tests until Saturday 3rd September. When I email I’m they really couldn’t care less.

Good for remote PCR testing, could be a little clearer on info sheet as regards to when to photo test tube.

Took over a week to get delivered, already on holiday by the time it came, need to get my money back

This is an absolute joke! When ordering my tests it said 48hour delivery, it is now the 5th day passing and I haven’t even received any email about my order, this is unacceptable as I needed these test asap for my work
