Arrived after I left for my holiday after paying for postage and paying extra for faster results. Contacted customer service and never heard back. Pointless experience.

The test kit never arrived in time

My partner ordered her test on Tuesday 30th August 2022 for a LFT prior her going on holiday on Sunday 4th September 2022. Her supervised test was booked for 7:20 PM on Friday 02 September 2022, but the test failed to arrive. She got in contact with the company, as they state they can deliver in 48 hours, but they failed to deliver. She contacted the company, but they refused to refund as the item was a "health care product". Do not use this company as it is now 7:00PM and it still has not arrived !!

Never again will I order tests from your company. Tests didn’t arrive on time, as they supposed to, and I had to pay additional money to have another test done in a clinic, so I can travel. No refunds are offered, which is truly disappointing. The worse service ever.
