My test and go arrived via Royal Mail. Everything okay.

i asked the question as it says next day on the order page and i knew that royal mail were planning strike action when would i receave the test kits on the only way of contact the dreaded live chat. They promply responded that my order was being dealt with that day as it was bank holiday. Surely someone in the company keeps aware of royal mail strike action and use a different shipper at those times or at a minimum writes a reminder on the order page. As we the general public are not the sharpest. Moving on its a week after placing my order and still no test kits. I did ask another question as the confirmation of order emails info is out of date but it did not get answered.

Good product, received when promised in good condition

**Response is an absolute lie, my results were posted off on Tuesday 30th August at, if they look back into he live chat on 31st this was confirmed to which they sent me a generic chart stating the results will be with me on Thursday…still not within the 24 hours advertised** Results from the test were not given in the timescales advertised, tried the live chat and that was useless. Complete waste of time and money! Still waiting on the results and my flight is in an hour, luckily I’ve done a test at the airport…

This order should have arrived on a next day delivery but was late, delivery let it down. Don't know if this was on behalf of TestandGo or the delivery company.

Really quick fit to fly cert

Paid extra for next day delivery and am still waiting. No delivery so far even though I made contact and asked when I could expect to receive my order. Hugely disappointed!!

Test didn't come on time I had to spend 30£ again for a test on airport! Paid for 48h delivery I ordered on Monday didn't come on Saturday... There was Royal Mail strike however I am sure they were aware about it so in my opinion they should despatch test asap! Waste of money

Package did not arrived in time, as indicated when buying. Quite inconvenient since this is specifically for flying… Because of this I had to pay other service at a premium price to make up for the time I wasted waiting for this test to arrive
