First class service , delivered on time and very similar to the NHS so easy to use. Unfortunately cannot be reported but so what.

Was told I would receive my result within 24 hours , I got them around 32 hours of waiting and had to cancel my holiday due to this , requested a refund and had no reply

I don't have a problem with either the test kits or the delivery but haven't used a kit yet. I do have a problem with testnGo not giving delivery charges until personal data is input allowing the company to use your personal details without having placed an order.

I was slightly worried when I read all the low star reviews. I ordered my fit to fly lateral flow and it arrive quickly. It came to test day and I found the registering of the test quite complicated but the online chat person helped me through it. My results were with me in just over an hour which helped with the anxiety. Would definitely use again

Took this test as an extra test due to not being able to use randox app on andriod and then randox gave us the wrong test time, Testngo delievered results in the time they stated and got exactly what i payed for 😁 Defiantly wohld use them again On another note i wouldnt touch randox test

The package arrived with the wrapping badly ripped such that one of the 5 test boxes was missing. TestnGo responded to my complaint email such that the missing box arrived the next day. Thank you. I suspect the wrapping is not robust enough to cope with 5 boxes which will form an irregular shape with too many sharp corners

The ordering system was easy and I liked the next day delivery. This is obviously not you but the fact that one has to pay for the tests I think means a lot more people will be walking round with the virus as they don’t want to bother ordering OR pay for tests.X
