I ordered twice and the samples were good size and accurate. Great delivery but some samples don't look like the ones I chose. I think it's the light so Always order a sample. It is frustrating when they are out of stock. I have not ordered actually flooring yet.

All accounted for, paid for delivery but unfortunately didn’t know it was for a kerbside delivery only … expensive for kerbside delivery!! I’m 68 and they were very heavy (each) I had 12 to move … luckily a passerby helped me …

Ordered 4 samples a couple of weeks ago and only 3 turned up ,ordered 3 more samples on Saturday the 26th and still no samples ,not very good

Having seen my chosen flooring on the Floors Direct website as being in stock and delivery within a few days I placed and paid for my order. Unfortunately a couple of days later I received an email to say my order was out of stock and would be 4 weeks. I only had 3 weeks so rang to cancel and ordered another item from elsewhere.

Ordering from the website was simple. I chose exactly the same flooring as I had ordered a couple of years ago.Having removed a wall I wanted to continue the flooring into the next room. I was a little concerned it may have a slight colour variance. I need not of worried it arrived on the day stated and it is perfect.I will happily use Floors Direct again. Great service and great value.

I bought lacquered oak flooring first time buying over the phone as I’m in Scotland the guy was very helpful sent me a sample out and I called back to order on line it says 1.5 meters a box this can change with supplier's but he worked it out for me wood arrived on time I’m not starting it straight away but have opened a few packs and it looks fantastic it’s also a hell of a lot cheaper than the prices I was being quoted in the shops I tried in Glasgow plus free delivery I would definitely buy from here again.

Great company ordering was quick and easy. Fast delivery very pleased . My builder had no problems laying the floor. Wood was good although he did say there should have been more large planks. I would use this company again. My floor looks fantastic.

The prices for the flooring items from Floors Direct are extremely competitive, and I would not hesitate to do business with this company again. The only minor issue was with the delivery company, as although the fully informative communications from Floors Direct do state that the delivery date can be moved forward, the haulage company do not tell the customer. The delivery driver was also very unhelpful on this occasion, as the flooring was for my late father's house, a few hundred metres away, but my wfe who luckily happened to be in, was told the load was at our front door. Communication is everything in business, full marks to Floors Direct, but not to the haulage firm.
