Ordered 4 boxes of laminate flooring and underlay all seems good easy to navigate website all good

I purchased the Vintage Herringbone floor from Floors Direct. When laying it down we realised the floor was very poor quality, it chipped during installation and the click system is so flimsy that the planks break apart when trying to fit them. I asked for a return and a refund as I was unhappy with the product. After several emails and phone calls they still haven't confirmed the return request by saying that somebody from the 'online' team will get back to me. It has now been a month and nobody has contacted me yet. I would not advise anybody to purchase from Floors Direct unless you want to be left with a pile of expensive and unusable boxes of floor boards in your lounge.

Stated it was in stock on the website but then got a call saying it wasn't available. Disappointing but good customer service.

Great product and a good range of flooring. Communication and customer service were excellent and the item was very well packaged for delivery. Would have been five stars, but the courier costs were more than an extra pack.

so far so good just waiting on the sample. sample arrived, ordered flooring, know arrived sooner than expected, flooring laid, vary happy with finished job, well happy, thanks flooring direct will definately use again.

Ordering was great but delivery terrible . The courier expected an 80 yr old man to lift 18 packs of flooring off the wagon. I am disgusted that my husband had to get this off wagon n having to leave it in the garden until we could get our grandsons over to lift it in for us. Terrible service.
