Great to receive samples! Quick and easy to navigate!

I found the price for the laminated boards attractive; much lower than anywhere else. All I needed was one parcel to finish a flooring job. I ordered and have been waiting. My floor layer has been put on hold (again). Three phone calls and an email to customer service. No reply no boards no explanation no nothing. When I call I get a friendly voice assuring me the boards will arrive in two days. A confirmation email follows with a different female name each time. This company needs to be investigated. I feel duped.

5 stars for prices as I have found the lowest price possible on this website. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because is they gave me wrong delivery date details and they did not confirm to me actual delivery details until I had to be preemptive. But when I did speak to them, they were friendly and guided me well through the process.

I wanted to rate "zero stars" but unfortunately not able to do so. This company is an absolute shambles, no response to e-mails, very abusive on the phones, and when trying to resolve things with them, they recommend taking them to court. Do not touch them with a barge pole - you will be sorry.

The platform.is user friendly

From start to finish the service has been non existent. Forever told yarn after yarn. "Trouble and delay due to the Suez Canal" "Trouble and delays due to Brexit" Their supplier is phoning around to source the product" - and never to be given an update but when you call again the next week, they say they will get their supplier to source the product...as if they forget their own lies. "The driver is off ill" "Covid issues had delayed the delivery to them" "Covid issues have delayed the delivery to you" If i hear the words "honest guv" during a phone call again i will lose my rag and go mad...those who have spoken to them on the phone will understand! They say that they have the product in stock and advertise that on their website but I Waited from Mid February when i placed the order until mid July when i received the order. Once we looked at the delivery it was wrong! Now almost 2 months further down the line i have given up and asked for a refund...now they have disappeared, do not answer phone calls, whatsapp messages or emails. Having to take my claim for a refund through Paypal. A word of advise, do not believe a word which they say and advise for your own wellbeing not to use this company if you value your health. Update since my review; Received a call from their representative swearing down the phone and threatening me "Ill put you six foot under!" Shows great customer services...what a shambolic company...ADVISE ALL TO NOT USE!

Helpful when called to discuss a few questions I had. Ordered the following week - website was a little clumsy when trying to add extras to main order but overall painless.

I am satisfied with the overall customer experience and the payment process went smooth. Completely trusted it. There are a few cookie pop ups that is annoying. :)

good prices and stock

Avoid this company at all costs! I wanted to place a large order for flooring so rang to check that they had a large enough quantity in stock. I was told they would have stock by the end of next week by a man I believed to be the manager. I purchased and paid for a sample of the flooring. Two samples arrived, neither of which was what I had ordered. I called to advise that they must have sent the ones I had received in error and asked if they could resend the sample. The man I spoke to on the phone obviously didn't want to discuss this simple request with me so asked me to put it in an email. I immediately sent one to them. Today I received an email informing me that they had no sample in stock to send; nor did they have any stock of the product and didn't know when they ever would! I asked them to refund the money I had paid for the sample as I thought it was unfair to take my money knowing there was no sample available and now knowing that I would never have actually been able to order this product from them in the first place! I paid with Paypal so we will see what happens, but judging by other people's experiences reported here they are a bunch of scammers who won't give refunds even for faulty orders. I wont hold my breath! So glad I never trusted these charlatans with an order which would have cost me thousands of pounds and no doubt ended in disaster. Buyers beware!

The worst service I’ve ever had with any UK company. One month after having bought and paid for flooring I had to get a refund. Never contacted me once, was me chasing them all the way, multiple times. Each time they lied telling me they tried to call that day. Tiring listening to them. Comedic frankly. After 2 weeks and no delivery I called to be told they don’t have enough stock, despite still showing it as in stock online. Then told they have part of the order. I go to clients house, measure up and see if I can’t omit a room until more stock arrives. I call back and ask them to tell me exactly how many packs they have in warehouse….to be told 10 packs less than they had earlier. Basically, they’d sold what I owned. Disgraceful throughout. Would advise to avoid at all costs. Looked on their social media pages after to see rafts of equally bad reports. All too late for me to avoid.
