Requested some samples (and was charged for postage!) and despite chasing on three occasions, they've still not arrived. After over a month of waiting, I'm relieved I didn't order my flooring with them as I doubt it would arrive!

We didn't end up getting our floor through Floors Direct but their customer service throughout the whole process has been so good I had to leave them a review. When I initially placed the order in April, the website did advise they were having issues with receiving some floors from their suppliers. A few days later I received an email to say this was the case with the floor we had purchased and straight away we were given the option to refund or change it to another style. We chose to wait as we had some time before we needed the floor to be laid. Unfortunately, we ran out of time but whilst we were waiting Ifran was always helpful and got back to my emails within a day to give me an update. Once we requested a refund the email was acknowledged within 24 hours and the money was bank in my account within 2 days. Although it didn't work out for us this time, I would deffo go back to them in future purely based off the good customer service we received this time round.

Looking forward to receiving a reply to my e-mail about ASAP delivery date

Great customer service pir flooring isnt in stock but spoke to the agent and he said he will try sort it for tomorrow if not we can choose and alternative which is basically the same. Thanks

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY If i could rate them zero stars i would. when my flooring arrived, 4 packs were so damaged they were unusable. When i contacted them, i was messed about & fobbed off. When i threatened them with legal action, they agreed to send replacements, i only recieved 2 packs replacements which arrived damaged too. Now they wont reply to emails and wont answer my calls. I will be taking this further & will also be contacting trading standards & rogue traders.
