Avoid avoid avoid. They have bad customer service and charge large amount for their delivery services and provide poor services for that amount. They left 15 large packs of flooring on the road instead of my door step and laughed in my face when I said can you please help me bring them closer to my house as they are super heavy. I emailed floorsdirect so many times in regards to my experience and I didn’t even get a simple apology let alone anything else!

I will admit I was a bit hesitant to order through Floors Direct due to reading some bad reviews on here but after taking delivery of my order yesterday, only 4 days after placing it I could not be happier. They had by far the best price for the Vinyl floor I was after and my order qualified for free delivery as I was ordering quite a few packs. I did have to call through to their sales department though as the website wasn’t correctly discounting the delivery cost. But the call was quick and easy. All packs were delivered in good condition on a pallet. I had to stay in all day though as they couldn’t provide a time but other than that everything was great. Would defiantly use them again.

I ordered enough laminate for my entire kitchen, to which they then told me was out of stock and that I would have to wait. So I waited weeks and finally my order arrived. Each individual panel was broken + only a few pieces from each box was salvageable. I sent a complaint email, didn’t receive a reply and it has been 2 weeks since, avoid and go to someone more reputable/ well known where you will be assured good customer service and a quick response to make it right if somehow their product does arrive damaged. 100% not impressed.
