It was really easy to use the site

The site at first seemed very easy to use, with clear Concise information then I had an issue where it was saying a third party had taken over the website however the next day the site was back working.

Really easy to order. Lots of information available on to work out how much was needed and also the care of the flooring which was handy to know prior to ordering Ordered a sample before ordering the flooring. Sample was delivered within a few days.

Would be 5 stars but one of the only flooring companies that charge for samples.

Went to floorsdirect website, found a nice floor, then tried to order a sample just to make sure. Followed the website guidance but did not allow me to order a sample. So, I phoned floorsdirect and was advised that I should email them. So, I emailed them, waited 5 days but nothing? So, I emailed them again, and again, nothing? Somewhat frustrating and a lot of time wasted but perhaps someone will respond and I can then change this review?
