Website functionality kept crashing. Price match request just brings up an error script (HTML code). Payment screen wouldn’t progress (6th attempt worked). Some bits are misleading e.g. free delivery, then fine print states it’s only on certain product ranges/price threshold.

Awful customer service. I called asking to speak to a manger and on both times members of staff Lorax and said they was mangers. When I was explaining my issue said members of staff was laughing ok the phone. While I was very upset.
