Beautiful flooring, great service at a great price. The only that was a negative that my flooring was left on a pallet on the road. It came hours earlier and i never had a phone call to say what time it would be arriving. My daughter had to get my neighbour to bring it into my house.

The company as a whole are shocking. only good thing is how prompt they are at removing the money from your bank account. flooring turned up looked fine, 1 pack had a slight nick in the top board in the corner. not a big issue as that can be cut at some point during fitting. decided to check the rest of the boxes and opened every box to find 5 out of the 9 had serious damage to the corners. Obviously this company decided to blame everyone but themselves. phoned up 3 days after delivery and they agreed to send out 5 replacement packs. so far so good. then 3 days before it was due to be fitted they still hadn't dispatched the replacements. called them and the attitude was unacceptable and they were very unhelpful. disgusting company do not use.

Easy enough to use and very competative prices. It would be good to have more options on your filters such as by price and ascending and descending order. Also more option on colours as if you look at your competeitors site they are much easier to navigate and get the results quicker without all the options you have. Overall a good service though!

After being messed about with another supplier and cancelling I was dubious about ordering online again. Placed my order, had an accurate confirmation so far so good. There was a mix up with the courier, partly my fault but this was sorted very quickly by Charlotte. Everything has arrived in good condition and I’m happy with my order. Any problems ask for Charlotte, not only is she helpful she’s hilarious too... hope your day ended better than it started 😊

Very Bad after sale service. This is second time we bought flooring from this shop. We received damaged boxes of laminate floorings and meant to get refund for it. It never happened. Short supplied of Beading which I have to find in my local city and only managed to find close colour. When complaint about Beading, they said its my wrong measurement. So how come they got right measurement for laminate floorings, but not beading. I request all to stay away from this company, otherwise you will be very unhappy and hanging if you got problem after you order delivered.
