United Kingdom | 10 November 2020I purchased around 120sq metres of lvt flooring, we ran out a few months later and they had changed the spec of the new flooring, I had to purchase another 5 packs. The new spec flooring is cracking and splitting even though it’s been fitter exactly the same way and by a professional. I’ve called for 2 weeks now explaining the same story and now they’re trying to suggest it’s been fitted wrong. Absolutely not true. Quick to take my huge sale but not prepared to support when I need them to. Would never purchase from them again. Poor poor experience.

Bought it online, few days later got a call that they dont have it in stock, so asked for refund. A week later still no money refunded. Called again. They guy i spoke didnt seem very happy that i am calling again. Didnt even apologised for delay. Not recomended company for sure.

Hadn't ordered since last year, and upon reading some reviews on here after my second order, I was very worried if my item would be delayed or 'out of stock'. I phoned the company first thing Monday after ordering online Saturday. Spoke to a guy, who was really helpful and assured me my item was in stock (harbour oak laminate) offered me a delivery for Friday (yesterday)! Delivery guy was lovely and really polite, and so exactly a week after I ordered my flooring is down in my daughters room and looks beautiful, no damage no faults and no bother, they even chucked in 2 extra planks for free😊 such a pleasant and stress free experience, don't see why they have bad reviews to be honest! Great company would definitely recommend. Thanks again 😊

United Kingdom | 18 September 2020Avoid just shocking service. Delivered 5 packs of flooring to my 72 year old mother. Due to Covid there was a delay in opening packaging. When opened EVERY panel was damaged. Floors direct never answered a single email. Opened up a PayPal case and they offered a refund if I sent the items back which was going to cost more than the refund itself! Pleaded with them to reconsider but again no response and case closed when items were not sent back. My mother is now £122 out of pocket, has bought flooring elsewhere and now has to dispose of their shoddy product. Absolutely disgusting service. Robbery in my eyes.

Delivery drivers response " not my problem". ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL.

I emailed and called and days later finally got a response saying it wasn’t in stock. Emailed back instantly asking for other options. That was days ago and heard nothing since and no refund.

This was too late for us so we emailed asking for our money back, all emails have been ignored and the telephone number does not work.

United Kingdom | 29 July 2020Pretty poor service and been chasing a complaint ever since - the flooring did not arrive when e phoned and were told one thing and false promises and still did not arrive and then when I phoned to complain as told frank lies about delivery options and had booked builders based on multiple phone calls I made and then had to cancel the builders and incurred charges and e ere promised a delivery date so booked accordingly and still no complaint being resolved so decided to make it more public to see if i get a response

We ordered a large quantity of flooring during the pandemic and it arrived when it was supposed to. Unfortunately, the flooring wouldn't work for our layout and we were only told about this (by our independent fitter) two months after we had ordered. I rang Floors Direct to see if there was any possibility of an exchange (despite being out of the time limit on their returns policy), to be told it was no problem to just return and pick new. Which we did, no hassle at all - despite me no longer even having the receipt. Flooring was exchanged and although the full quantity we required wasn't in the warehouse at the time, delivery was made within the week for the outstanding Thank you so much Floors Direct, we love our flooring and would 100% recommend.

They don't deliver items on time at all and you can't get hold of their customer service . Rubbish in every way.. Tried to cancel the order after they failed to delivery the goods on time. They wouldn't agree to cancel the order, luckily payment was made through PayPal so finally got money back through PayPal after opening dispute but that was very frightening, time consuming and energy wasting plus very long time waiting. There is NO way Floorsdirect will listen to you or reply you.They do whatever they want to do with you. You are taking a big risk if you plan to buy goods from FLOORSDIRECT!!!AVOID!!!AVOID!!!AVOID!!!I have learned my lesson, buy from large reputable companies ,never buy from a scam like Floorsdirect!!!BEAWARE!!!

United Kingdom | 28 May 2020I ordered some flooring from these guys and what arrived as a different thickness and not enough to cover the area of floor i paid for. when talking to them they kept placating me with "we will talk to our supplier". after a week i requested a full refund and which they agreed to. they then insisted that they sent a courier and that i was not home and did not answer my phone. well due to COVID my father, partner and I have been at home the whole time and no courier arrived or attempted to call me. When i escalated the refund agreement on paypal the seller expects me to pay for the return shipping which would leave me out of pocket for an item they sent incorrectly in the first place

Took money for products which were falsely advertised as being in stock, when called to chase up they told us ‘that’s not in stock we haven’t had that for ages’ why were we not told this upon ordering? Had no problem taking our money but when we wanted a refund it took ages and they took 10% from the full amount. Now won’t answer any calls or emails, and when they do they’re rude and disrespectful. Disgusting service, especially towards an NHS worker in this pandemic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

United Kingdom | 11 May 2020I ordered laminate flooring 3 weeks ago. The delivery was a few days even at a redicilous cost of £40. 4 boxes arrived and every panel was damaged or paint marks on them. Tried to phone but no response, tried e-mail 6 times, no response and tried through PayPal and guess what???? (No response) I would recommend to anyone, Do Not Buy From Floors direct. They take you're money and don't care how it arrives, no customer service. We are £180 out of pocket and no flooring down, and 4 damaged boxes in our property. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE🚫❌
