Excellent quality and service. Fast delivery. My fitter asked me where I got them. When I told him the price, he couldn't believe it. Customer service (Ridvan) was very helpful and friendly. I received my sample next day. Ordered the flooring same day,it took 3 days for the delivery. My kitchen diner and corridor looks immaculate. I'm more than happy. Thank you Floors Direct.

Good product at a very good price, however, the process between ordering off the site and delivery could be MUCH better. I bought online (spending about £800 for all my laminate & underlay) and there was no option to request delivery on a particular day. Customer services said to put my preferred day in the 'additional info' box, which I did, but then heard nothing from the seller to say if they were able accommodate my request. I tried getting a reply by email and on chat but had no luck. Eventually, after ringing a couple of times, someone picked up and said they were unable to confirm because they had to wait for the laminate to be delivered to them, before they passed it on to the delivery company... and they couldn't confirm for sure until about a day before. Not really helpful when you need to book time off work for the delivery. The day before it was due, I called customer services again to ask for confirmation; they just gave me a number to contact the delivery company so I could find out from them. I then had to ring the delivery company, who said the seller was just being lazy and shouldn't given me details for the local depot as well as my consignment number, not just the general office's number. Eventually, after another call to a new person, I tracked down the correct delivery depot and my order, who confirmed they'd deliver on the day I wanted. In the end, I got my laminate and am really happy with the quality, especially given its relatively low price, however, the shopping was a pain in the backside so unless you're happy awaiting around and/or being flexible with when you're hope from work, it might a stressful experience.

Avoid avoid avoid So disappointed with the quality and awful customer service received by this company. The laminate arrived with two boxes damaged which meant that I couldn’t get my flooring fitted for Xmas. Was told don’t worry send proof of damage but you will have to wait until the new year for replacement and now well into January they have refused to replace their damages. I’m really disappointed with the quality of the flooring, I wish I had looked at the reviews on here and not listened to their sales assistant who now I realised was telling lies to get me off the phone. Any problems with your delivery you will be fobbed off and ignored. It has cost me to get my fitter back and replace out of my pocket their damages. Well never use again please beware

Everything arrived on the day they said, kerbside delivery but thats ok,everything was well packaged the only issue I had was the scotia (beading) was not the colour ordered, however a quick phone call and that was remedied and the correct colour was sent out.

Found this company via google, they had more choice in black. Fantastic price. Easy online ordering. Delivered quickly. I love my new floor. Looks amazing. My only negative would be cost of delivery which at £40.00 was excessive but because of the saving I made on the flooring it balanced out.

Great service. Only bad comment is had no dispatch email or a date of delivery to make sure someone would be home.

Very quick service,but the scotia beading was to dark so I rang and they apologised and sent some more of a lighter colour free of charge, very impressed by the service.

Very disappointing. Product no show. Marked up as in-stock, 3/5 day delivery. Made purchase online. Contact via email on day 4, Call on day 5 to say supplier has none in stock and don't know when. Requested re-fund ( which was given day 7) If time is important to you, as it is to me, please don't waste it!

Used them before to get lvt flooring and had no issues and the tiles were fine. However ordered some beading for around the edges of the rooms to finish the floors off, but they weren't delivered (courier is a company called XDP). I've been in touch with the courier and floors direct twice but still no resolution, this is stopping me from completing my floors before Christmas. Very disappointing, I'm going to get a refund and get from somewhere more reliable.
