pretty tragic to deal with, cheap prices but thats about it. Ive ordered samples that are paid for but never received, items on website are mis described so dont know what your getting. You will never get a reply from anyone, I made a claim from paypal last year for an order where the wrong item was sent but nobody replied to over 10 e mails and calls I made....STAY CLEAR

I am not in a position to comment on the flooring itself, as I have not yet received it. Having paid the £10 delivery charge I was informed by Royal Mail that they couldn’t deliver because it had been underpaid. I had to log in to pay the balance and am now waiting on a further delivery date. Just wish the correct postal fee could have been charged at source

Very poor customer service, from pre-sales enquiries through to post-sales. I messaged the company to ask a question about a sample they sent me. From the response I got, it was clear they hadn't read it. I replied clarifying my query and never got a reply. Anyway, the item I wanted was showing as in stock so I placed my order. We were given a delivery date, then a few hours later told it wasn't in stock and it would take 2 weeks to come back in to stock, plus 3-4 days delivery. Not great, but acceptable. 2 weeks later I called up to check the item was being despatched and was told call back tomorrow. No offer to call me, I had to call them... I called the next day and was again told to call back later. I did and was told 'the ship doesn't dock for 4 weeks'.... I asked for a refund and was told that the internet sales department was closed and that they would call me on the following Monday. I emailed them requesting a refund and asked for confirmation they would process a refund... Nothing. I called in the Monday and when the phone was answered I could hear a very loud conversation and laughing, then someone said 'Yeah?' to me. I hung up and called again, trying a different department and was eventually told the refund had been processed and I'd get my money back soon. 2 days later I did. Overall, a terrible customer experience. I'd avoid this company. If they are still trading in a year's time is be amazed.

I can not fault the website for easiness also the flooring we ordered is first class... excellent quality. What I didn’t give the full 5 stars for was the delivery service.... guy delivering was rude and in our opinion ‘kerb side delivery’ is wrong after spending so much money on the product. Shame that that ruins the whole experience of buying from floors direct.

If i could give no starts, this is what my rating would be. I ordered over £1000 worth of floor and items from this comapny over the telephone. At no point did the person from the company tell me that they only deliver to the "kerb". I only found this out when they made the delivery which was late. I was then told that if i don't accept the delivery, i would be charged over £100 for them to take the items back. So i had no choice but to now look and pay for other people to carry all this floor into my house. The delivery man had gone and ince we had carried the items, i realised that i was missing alot of items. I contacted Floors Direct Ltd to querry this and i was told to hang tight because a separate delivery was on its way with the missing items. This delivery never arrived. I was aksrd by Floors Direct to wait for the delivery the following day and this was never delivered the following day either. I asked to get a refund and i was told, they would do this in Monday as the owners dont work Fridays or weekends. Monday morning, i did not hear from them when i called them and i was told, they arr not doing a refund until they find out what happened to the courier service they used. I tried to explain that surely if they have used a doggy courier service this is not yhe customer's fault and i should gwt my money back. The man just kept shouting at me saying how he helped me to get the other items and he will not refund my money until they have figured out why their incompetent delivery/courier service dis not deliver for over 2 days. To date, i have not received my refund. This is the kind oc company Floors Direct Ltd is.

Really pleased with quality of the vinyl flooring and at a good price. Standard delivery was with a 2 hour time slot, which was really helpful.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE!! I did place my order for specific colour and type on 23rd of October. Paid for delivery extra money.(40£) And was expecting get delivery in next 3-5 working days its says on the website . I haven't heard from the company for a 10days. And didn't know where is my order. I should have a grand opening for my new barbers shop in Bournemouth on 9th of November. And now because of so bad and so rude custurem service and way the staff members speaking on the phone, I found out they don't have this product in stock for 3-4 weeks. NOBODY CALLD ME OR SEND ME EMAIL!!! Today i give them a call back again, to make a replacement with my order. And funny enough the person who I spoke over the phone, told me they not provident anymore the product I pick instead of my firs order. Sooo... Why they still have a laminate flooring on the webpage available for peoples order?! I WONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Flooring advertised as 1.1m with some variable lengths (a common sentence) Flooring sent was 98% very short but wide lengths which is totally/unusable. Refused to accept unopened return as is my rights under uk distance selling act. Very abusive on the phone. £400 Now on the bonfire. No customer service law breakers AVOiD

Great price and great product. The only downside is the ‘kerb side’ delivery, which is difficult if you’re on your own with a large, heavy order but other than that, can’t complain at all.

I ordered some flooring and paid what seems like a fairly premium delivery charge (£40) for 6 packets. After 3 days I had heard nothing from the company I had given money to, so I called them. I was passed from one person to another and then was told the order hadn't been processed and the boss isn't in yet so I couldn't be helped. I was told I would get called back. I never got that call back. I called again that day and expressed my dissatisfaction to the person on the end. He said he'd resolve and call me back (he never did). I later received an email the next day providing me with an update and delivery date. Delivery arrived and packets were broken. I sent photos in an email and got no response. I then called and was told a person would resolve ASAP and call me back. Never did that call back arrive. I then called another time to see what was going on and i was told a pack was being reshipped to me to replace the broken item. Since them I have put my flooring down and each packet had issues, there was damage to nearly all of the items. I have lost 2 weeks of my time plus money having paid someone to put the flooring down. I certainly would not buy anything from the brand I used or from this company in the future.
