Good quilty flooring arrived on time.. Highly recommend floors direct..

Ordeerd the flooring on a Saturday night and got delivery on the Wednesday without a hitch. The product and service received was first class. Anyone looking for oak flooring should try this company first before looking anywhere else. 10 out of 10 rating from me. Regards Robert

Needed 1 more pack to complete the hall way, and after 3 years still the only company i could find online that still sells this flooring now that's service and super fast delivery, what more could i ask for.

It was very easy to order online. Found a nice Quick Step LVT floor at the best price. received everything on time and it looks great. No issues at all. thank you and will definitely buy again.

Placed a couple of orders with floorsdirect, the second to be sure I had enough for my builders. We didn't need them so I contacted the co. to return them for a refund. They didn't respond to my emails asking them how to return the package and when I eventually called them they refused to take them back because I'd placed the order more than 14 days ago. This isn't very good customer service and not at all environmentally friendly. Not enough boards to be useful to anyone so I'll have to take them to the dump. Not a good policy Floorsdirect. Very disappointing service. I'll buy elsewhere for my next refurb.

Delivery was on time and flooring is brilliant as usual, price is excellent compared to normal retailers. Very happy customer

Ordered my flooring and it was delivered within a few days without any hassle. On comparing various sites for same flooring Floors Direct was best price. I am very happy with it I would def use this company again.

I bought the "Distressed autumn oak WPC luxury vinyl flooring tiles LVT Click flooring", it's no way near as blue as the pictures make out which is disappointing, however it's going in a campervan and it is waterproof, if it was for my house I would have returned it.

Great price point for the product. We bought over £500 of LVT. The website experience wasn't great but did the job. Yes, the delivery was kerbside and wasn't convenient but this is detailed in the website. The flooring packs can be heavy, so be aware. I'd happily buy from them again.

We ordered some flooring that was unfortunately low on stock and then discontinued by the manufacturer, but Ifran (excuse me if I've spelt your name wrong!) set about to find us a great alternative product. The wood we eventually received was just what we wanted, so very pleased with their service. I'd use them again without hesitation.

Very good company, why I say that: Good customer service, answer phones quickly & deals with your enquire very quick & good., Delivery was good 3 days with up to date info with on the day off delivery a 2 hour window which was on time scale.
