Ordered a sample from this company and spoke to someone on the phone to say that I needed it urgently as I was travelling to Australia and wanted to see it before I left so my husband could lay the floor while I was away. Assured that it would be with me in plenty of time. Didn’t arrive until after I left a few days later. Bought somewhere else instead!!

Great flooringcame very quick, only downfall was it was left on a pallet outside my house so I had to carry myself and then need to get rid of pallet, but flooring looks amazing.

ordered 3 samples which we received no issues. went online and placed a fairly large order for almost £1000 with the name of the sample as written on the back and when it arrived it was not what we were expecting. They had labelled the samples wrong so we had now received the wrong flooring. When called them spoke to a rude woman who just said have to email em. Took 5 days to drag a partial refund out of them that did not even cover the out of pocket for the booked floor fitter. Would strongly advise going elsewhere.

We'd chosen the floor make via the samples ordered from another supplier and then proceeded to find the best deal, for the area needed. Floors Direct were the keenest and offered free delivery. Delivery was spot-on, with the flooring packs safely stored on a shrink-wrapped pallet. We're part-way through installation and haven't found one damaged board yet. Installation is straightforward and the boards cut easily. This is the second big order we've placed with Floors Direct and we can't fault them on product or service.

Great product Packaged so well, great packaging. And secure to ensure there are no chips or damage on the boards 100% recommend.
