United Kingdom | 14 December 2019Just received a 90 day staircasing valuation 10 days late as you have addressed the letter to the wrong flat number. My patience with your shambolic company grows thinner and thinner. If my rent or service charge payment was 10 days late questions would be asked. At a time of year when alot of companies shut down you have cost me valuable time. I dont think il bother now, thanks for wasting my £180 valuation fee. When the shoes on the other foot you show no compassion or understanding but when its your own incompetence it is fine!

We now have Street lamps that work Drains sorted Fences replaced. Parking signs in place Hedges pruned except for one small area that had nesting birds which I have been assured will be cut. I would like some information on this and what they would like out for to fail or whatbis there expectation even though the swappers who have viewed the property are perfectly happy the way it is and want to move staright away. With my local flagship they are hard to get hold of at times and im need of the move to be urgent. What is the main things a housing officer of flaghip would like out for in my property to find it to be a fail.

I have been renting a home from the age of 21 and I have had 5 different landlords, I can honestly say that Flagship are the worst I have ever had,
