j'ai bien reçu le colis, mais il y a un gros problème ,impossible de faire fonctionné la montre sans ouvrir un compte, et surtout émettre sa carte de crédit N° code. et mot de passe, sa sent la grosse arnaque. donc achat nul. surtout ne pas faire de commande sur ce site :ASENDIA HONG KONG LIMITED

die sending aus China ist seit mehr also einwr woche in zuerich. zum abholen bereit.... was soll dass, sollen wir 2 x 2 stunden Zug fahren nach zuerich? die lieferaddresse ist bekannt und wir erwarten das packet geliefert! auf email antwortet niemand und auf der 0800er Nummer nimmt niemand ab !

Je n’ai pas reçu deux colis et en plus j’ai reçu un message douteux, comme quoi mon adresse n’est pas exacte, Ce qui n’est pas possible puisque avant j’ai toujours reçu les colis, mais je vais pas laisser tomber. Si je n’arrive pas avoir des explications je vais aller plus loin

Asendia s'est occupé de payé les frais de douane pour moi , service très rapide et dans les délais, le suivi est précis et en temps franchement je conseille

no 1 its handling time endless . no2 the company is uncontactable I'm tired sending emails to no reply , wasted my time waiting for it and i had to give red flag to seller witch i hate to do this People don't use Assendia

Horrible experience. Trying to contact them by mail is useless as the customer service pretty much doesn't exist. If I didn't go to speak by myself at the warehouse where my order was I would never got it as the company that should have deliver it kept on lying about the missed delivery.

Bonjour je viens écrire un avis négatif permis tant d’autre tellement les services ASENDIA pus la m*rde, dite-vous que j’ai reçu le colis d’une personne aléatoire sans l’avoir demandé, je plein toute les personnes qui n’on pas reçu leur colis grosse force à elle, pour ma par j’ai pu aller amener le colis à la vrai personne qui en avait besoin. Voilà tout ;)

I didn’t receive my order for more than a month, nor did I get any response and update. The most horrible service ever experienced in my online shopping, never ever seen such ignorant customer service, if you want to lose clients and shut down your business, easily trust this unworthy & unreliable company. They don’t even answers any emails or IG comments, they simply don’t care. I deeply regret depending on them for shipping an important item to me. Words can’t express how frustrated and disappointed I’m.

Obwohl klar ein Hinweis am Briefkasten ist, dass der Paketbote doch bitte die Pakete in der Paketbox vis à vis deponieren soll (weil im Haus viel gestohlen wird), wird es einfach nicht gemacht. Diese Firma ist nicht zu empfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen André Niederdorfer, Schlieren, Schweiz

Es la peor empresa de envíos, esperando una entrega desde el 28 de junio hasta hoy30 de agosto y solo fui notificada una vez de la actualización de tracking por mail y eso fue por la.libreria.Estuve revisando todos los días para ver si había un cambio hasta el 6 de agosto y según ellos fueron dos veces a mi dirección cosa que no es cierta.jamás recibí una llamada ni una notificación y ahora devolverán mi envío al país de origen. Les he escrito directamente en la página de contacto para que me digan dónde buscar mi envío y no responde, ni por intagram. Es la peor no la recomiendo.

Ho effettuato l’ordine da eBay per due costumi che mi servono per un’evento importante il 22 Luglio. Il 20 Agosto il pacco è stato spedito, si sono affidati a questa compagnia che dire che fa schifo è un complimento! La consegna era prevista tra il 13 e il 26 agosto. Il pacco è in Italia dal 27 e non si sa quando mi verrà consegnato! Sono veramente amareggiata perché io avevo bisogno di questi costumi e per colpa vostra fare una grandissima figura di cacca! Spero falliate ed io non acquisterò mai più da EBay! Si sono presi pure 100$ dollari di spedizione! Da denuncia

C'est une honte, je n'aurai même pas mis d'étoile si j'avais pû! En lisant les commentaires je ne voulais pas y croire mais c'est vrai! colis de 60 euros disparu dans la nature et l'on ne peut joindre personne! Le commerçant ne veut pas me rembourser je suis dégouté !!

Was für ein sch..sss Lieferant!! Bestellung aus USA bis Frankfurt lief reibungslos und perfekt.seit Übergabe an Asendia gibt es nur noch Probleme,jetzt heißt es plötzlich die Adresse ist unbekannt und angeblich 2 mal versucht worden zu zustellen einfach nur mehr als ekelhaft!

Meine Bestellung (Espresso Cialde über Amazon bestellt) wurde ohne Vorankündigung, ohne Information und ohne Kommentar einfach neben die Haus Eingangstür - öffentlich für jeden zugänglich - gestellt. Zum Glück hat es nicht geregnet und niemand hat das Paket gestohlen. Solch eine "Zustellung" geht gar nicht!

Totalt udueligt firma, man kan ikke følge varerne, og de har bygget systemet så kringlet op at man ikke kan forespørge. Beløbet er trukket, man man aner ikke om varerne overhovedet er på vej. L A N G S O M M E 🐌. Jeg køber ALDRIG mere hvis jeg kan se at Asendia skal stå for forsendelsen.

I should NOT have to stress about packages. I've had to contact customer service numerous times due to packages being delivered to the building across from me. Recently, the drivers don't even buzz in or even attempt to deliver my package. I contacted to update all my info and they confirmed info has been updated 3x. 3x I confirmed this, and still the next driver didn't bother buzzing in or attempting to deliver. All week I've had packages sent via this company and the drivers are HORRIBLE, I should NOT have to stress about getting my packages and yet I wait outside for hours anytime it says a package is out for delivery, because my drivers don't bother buzzing in.
