I have resolution to the comment below! I called the US 800 number and was told that Asendia delivered my package to my local Post Office in Spain. My package was indeed at the post office. I also received an email back from a representative telling me to check with the post office. I upgraded my rating from a 1 star to a 2. I appreciate the response but still believe that the tracking system needs to be improved. The message “Addressee not available - Will attempt delivery on next working day” gave me no indication of where my package was or that it was available for me to pick it up. Original review : I’m hoping to get a response from Asendia on the status of my package (sent from the US/ebay to Spain). Initially, I received this message: Aug 13, 2024 02:34 PM Addressee not available - Will attempt delivery on next working day Spain, Spain. I was home the entire day. My doorbell never rang. I have sent three emails since, and have not heard back. This is a very important package. It is the dress I plan to wear to my son’s wedding. (Not the sort of thing that can replaced before the wedding which is 2 weeks from now). Tracking number CY329644455US

Don't ever considered using ascendia for shipping or delivry or everthing else related to getting a package to another country. I wouldrather pay DHL or another competitor 100$ for delivery costs than dealing with this sh***tty company. Asendia took 4 months to deliver my package, plus they hardly updated their tracking sites, making it impossible to know where my package was. Worst experience ever. Sad that eBay use them for all their delivery.

Prinitify uses Asendia for international shipping and it is the WORST!! I've had the pleasure of issuing multiple refunds thanks to Asendia's reputation for losing EVERYTHING in the mail!! Packages going back and forth between countries where the buyer does not even reside?? Packages being untraceable after weeks, packages not making it to the customer at all, the list goes on! I'll be switching e-commerce sites as well do to the lack in communication about tracking.

paket bei temu bestellt, wurde nach 2 tagen bereits per flieger versendet und nach 3-4 tagen wars auch bereits durch den zoll. perfekt eigentlich. aber nun liegt mein paket seit 8 TAGEN im verteilerzentrum, man bekommt keine updates, keinen liefertermin, einfach nichts, wie schon bei anderen hier in der bewertung geschrieben, stimmt irgendwas mit dieser firma nicht, ich habe auch schon persönlich dinge verschickt und auch da mussten meine kunden 2-3 wochen warten für ein auftrag der vielleicht normal 5 tage dauert. leider hat diese firma eine gewissen monopol stellung was eine absolute schande ist

I don't like to write negative reviews but I have no choice and hope that this may spur them into action. My package has been stuck in Madrid for no reason for 12 days now. Nothing happens and I get no answers when I try to contact customer service, not even a confirmation email that they have received the inquiry. Terrible experience.

Aesndia ''customer care'' service is the worst. It's obvious that helping customers with a issue (i.e. lost package) is not a priority for the company. I've called, left messages, sent e-mails with the same feeling that this was a robot who answered me. If Asendia is not able to offer a decent customer service, they should just stop the business. Seriously. UPDATE : Never got a reply from Aendia even if their robot cried a river in their reply to my comment. Seriously, Asendia nee to propre of proper customer service if they wan to show they are concerned by the quality of the service because right now, it's obivious it is just a matter of time before the company shut down since they offer a awful service.

Meine Bestellung aus den USA wurde am 26.07 versendet und seid dem 06.08. Liegt es dort bei denen im Lager irgendwo rum. Total unterirdisch und unseriös dieser "lieferant"

Ordered a book online from a US bookseller for delivery to Ireland. The parcel was sent via Ascendia US with tracking number provided on their system on July 19th. Tracking stagnated on the Ascendia website on July 31st. Tracking number was provided to An Post Irish postal service on July 26th as " Item information received from sender/retailer". When contacted Ascendia wasn't at all helpful and only referred me back to the same tracking system. At date of writing it is August 11th, 23 days since dispatch of my order with the 19th July being the first date shown on the Ascendia website.

Gros problème avec Cdiscount via un vendeur chinois asendia qui ment et donne des versions différentes suite à une commande de baskets Nike que j'ai payé et jamais reçues . Impossible de suivre le colis depuis un mois et demi votre colis va être bientôt être pris en charge il n'a jamais été pris en charge et aujourd'hui le vendeur sort un faux bon de livraison Colissimo comme quoi le colis a été livré à mon adresse le 26 juillet or je n'ai jamais eu de colis ! Cdiscount ne bouge pas de son côté car pour eux on m'a livre le colis ce qui est faux ! Je n'aurais jamais mes baskets et je ne serai jamais remboursé mon litige ne sera jamais résolu ! Très en colère contre ce vendeur chinois et Cdiscount qui ne bouge pas !

Also sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt,sagen Paket versucht abzugeben nichts haben die getan richtige Wichserrrrrrrrrrrr. Und dann liest man hier alle das selbe Problem normal eine Dicke sammel klage gegen diese Pennnner machen. Also Lügen keine Möglichkeit irgendwie damit was zu machen es geht um eine Fahne die kann man in Briefkasten schmeißen richtig Scheis Verein. Und ihr Vögel braucht gar nicht mehr antworten und vor allem nicht mit eure KI Nachricht 😡😡🤬🤬🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Bonjour, J'avais fait une commande depuis les USA le 24 juillet dernier. Sans demander mon avis, le vendeur a choisi Asendia. Je n'ai eu aucun souci pour recevoir mon colis, qui a même nécessité des frais de douanes (payés directement au coursier car je m'y suis pris trop tard pour le paiement en ligne). Son expédition aura duré 2 semaines sans dommages. Arrivé en France, je pense que c'est La Poste qui prend le relais. J'ai peut-être eu de la chance en voyant tous ces avis négatifs ? A moins que les personnes mécontentes laissent plus facilement des messages négatifs que les satisfaites comme moi ?

Sendung aus Kanada, verschickt Ende Mai. Angeblich seit 6. Juni beim Zoll, seit 24. Juni im Weiterversand. Wochenlang keine Updates, dann nach Rückfrage angeblich an DHL übergeben, jedoch keine gültige Trackingnummer angegeben. Fazit: Paket nie erhalten, keiner gibt Info. Entweder wird dort geklaut oder geschlampt. Unterirdisch, würde gern Minussterne vergeben. Drecksladen. Von wegen "Schweizer sind zuverlässig"...

He comprado muchas cosas online y hubo empresas de transporte buenas y menos buenas pero como esta ninguna de mala. Fueron los peores con gran diferencia Algo que debía haber sido entregado en 3 días me llevó esperando hasta tres semanas y al final ni siquiera llegó. Tuve que reclamarlo dos veces a la empresa donde compré el articulo y ellos me lo arreglaron rápido con una rápida y buena empresa de transportes. Son malísimos y no te actualizan ni te hacen saber nada sobre tu pedido No la usen!!!!

Asendia - filliale de La Poste - est une incohérence - incompétente - incapable de remplir sa mission. Voilà 3 semaines que je "trace" sur différents sites, deux colis qui doivent me parvenir des Etats-Unis via Asendia. Voilà 3 semaines que ses colis se "baladent" allégrement en dépit de toute logique et que les sites de suivi (aussi bien d'Asendia que d'ailleurs) me renvoient des informations totalement incohérentes. Par exemple : voici 4 jours qu'un de mes colis est "trié" chaque matins sur Toulouse (nommée dépôt de destination). A lire les autres avis je me rends compte que je ne suis pas un cas particulier. Fedex et UPS font beaucoup mieux et lorsque Amazon ou les Chinois décideront qu'ils vont s'occuper également du port on criera encore "à la mondialisation"

Colis expédié par cette entreprise, arrivé en France via relais pick-up. Impossible de récupérer mon colis car aucun code reçu, la poste me confirme que cette entreprise n'a pas renseigné mes informations personnelles et que mon colis ne pourra donc pas être récupéré.

Asendia has a lot of bad reviews, but I genuinely didn’t have a bad an experience and I received my package within about a week. The only thing I would say worried me is when I checked tracking and it said under the location “not available” when it was in transit for a few days. It has updated since then and my package is here. Thank you!

Anteriormente escribí una opinión de Asendia que no fue agradable para la entrega de mi pedido internacional, ellos me notificaron que había un retraso pero hace unas dos semanas llego mi pedido al país, fue algo demorado pero llego, el paquete llego sano y salvo, les agradezco por el servicio, eso si tienen que mejorar su marca de entregas ya que no hay opiniones agradables de otros usuarios en todo el mundo, y les recomiendo a todos que si quieren seguir validando el estado actual de sus paquetes de la pagina de rastreos internacionales (Ship 24) una gran pagina para saber la actualización de paquetes, es muy efectiva y hay pueden registrar el correo para actualizaciones del envio La página de actualizaciones Asendia también tienen que mejorar porque no muestra las actualizaciones a tiempo y no se actualiza en breve. Recomendada Ship 24 Que tengan un excelente dia

I run a POD business via Printify and my heart sinks every time I realize something is going to be shipped via Asendia. They have delayed and lost my international shipments, been rude and unhelpful in customer service communications, and are by far the worst I’ve experienced when it comes to ETAs. I wish Printify and their print providers would recognize just how much of a negative impact Asendia has on the entire customer experience and cut ties with them. Everything else about my POD business works seamlessly, but as soon as Asendia is in the mix, it has been a bad experience 10/10 times.
