Horrible company. It has been 3 weeks since my package status was last updated and I don't know where my package is. Avoid this company if you can. There is no phone number or email that you can use to contact them in case there is any problem. The only option is to fill an online form with your question to which they don't reply.

Absolute trash. If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered a gift for my partner for our anniversary on July 3rd that was stated to be here on July 22nd at the absolute latest. It is now July 31 and there have been zero updates on my package for over a week, customer support will not contact me back, and my package appears to be lost to the wind.

Este servicio es una basura, tengo un pedido desde la tienda oficial del Real Madrid que enviaron por este medio y que debería haber llegado a mediados de julio. Hoy es el día que no se nada de ello, me contacto con el servicio al cliente de la tienda oficial del Real Madrid y responden con un mensaje genérico bien mediocre, le escribí a los payasos de Asendia y no me dan respuesta. Espero que el pedido termine llegando para evitarme el tema de poner una demanda y demás trámites . El número de seguimiento es RV002326226FR y la última actualización fue el 28 de junio cuando el paquete supuestamente salió rumbo al destino (a Colombia ) pero es el día que no se nada

Empresa mala, no dan información del envío y tampoco cumplen con los plazos. Desde el día 22 de Julio en el estado de Customs Cleared, y desde entonces no hay más información del paquete. Cuyo último día de entrega según su estimación, era hoy.

Lost parcel. Claimed to have delivered to a safe place, but no sign of delivery - nor does the building have anywhere that would be considered safe to leave an expensive parcel late at night. Tracking and contact options are woeful.

Terwijl de buurman thuis was om het pakket in ontvangst te nemen, doet hij vaker, is de bezorger onze gesloten achtertuin ingekomen en heeft daar de doos op tafel gelegd. Als onze hond buiten was geweest, had ie een probleem gehad! Maar dit mag toch zomaar niet. Dit was in Ruinen, Drenthe, NL

Impossible to track items. Tracking numbers don't update when changing carriers. Useless customer service that always sends the ball back to the seller and refuses to do anything whatsoever except copy pastes replies. Once you have a customer service rep talking to you, they don't keep the case open. You have to resubmit a new email for each question or follow up and wait 24-48h. They think we are cattle and clowns. Nothing more. Lies about delivery attempts when I was home all day and now I have no way of knowing where my stuff is or when it gets redelivered because there is no tracking To the person replying to these complaints, stop saying you have millions of deliveries and 99% go smoothly blablabla. This auto fellatio does nothing but exacerbate the already horrible service we are receiving because we are experiencing the opposite of smooth Read the room. Be humble. Be better. Deliver our stuff. You have one god dang job. Edit: that reply is bull. To solve an issue you ask me to re-engage with the problematic issues. Get bent.

Horrible, à fuir, de vrais incapables !!! Nan mais franchement vous n'êtes pas fichu de livrer un colis que j'attends déjà depuis plus de 15 jours. Le colis a disparu comme par hasard . Oh aussi comme par hasard le motif c'est il n'y a personne au domicile alors que j'y étais, personne ne m'a appeler ou à sonner . Vous êtes des voleurs et des escrocs. C'est bien de travailler chez asendia vous vous la couler douce , la paie plus les colis des gens . !!!! Je vais porter plainte c'est aussi simple que ça

Die halten extra Pakete zurück! Die Pakete von Temu liegen Tagelang bei denen. Dass ist nicht das erste mal.Sondern Standart wenn die ein Paket in die Finger bekommen. Was erhofft ihr euch dadurch ? Etwa ausländische Geschäftspartner zu schädigen ? Einfach nur lächerlich. Typisch schweizerische Post 👎

eBay is using Asendia to track packages shipped from USA internationally... and the customer is unable set up notifications for tracking or delivery, tried to "join" and finally able to access chat and was told that only the party who purchases the shipping service can receive delivery information... most bizarre thing EVER. Plus the package read as "being returned to seller" and delivery was attempted again 2 days later and successful, but I only knew because the buyer recipient of the package told me it arrived, tracking info never did show up correctly anywhere that I could access using the actual tracking number.

I have been a customer at Military1st for 10 years with a very long purchase history, until what I'm about to write happened. In June 2023 I made an order for some gear from Military1st in UK and they sent it to Asendia for shipping to Portugal, after a month without any other tracking details other than "parcel received" I contacted DPD which was handling local delivery and they said they never received anything from Asendia. Once I contacted Military1st they told me the parcel was being returned due to an address issue. Four months later the parcel still hasn't returned. I asked for a refund from the seller and they were kind enough to give it to me so I said a prayer and repurchased the items. Guess what, nearly a month later same issue with this order too, and once I contacted the seller they again told me the parcel was being returned. No updates ever since. I was exceedingly patient, but patience is of no use with this company. On a side note I did get the delivery address wrong, I forgot to specify the door number for delivery, but lets be practical, Asendia was only handling the international shipping, and any mishap with the address can be rectified later once the first delivery attempt fails with the local delivery service, it wasn't their issue to worry about, they were only tasked with getting the shipments handed over to DPD. On June 2024 the seller still hasn't received any of the parcels and provided no refund this time on account of me admitting I didn't specify a full address. Its understandable on their behalf, I would have done the same thing if I were them. But since they are using Asendia to handle their shipments it meant I can no longer purchase from them, we parted ways respectfully. TL;DR - Stay the hell away from this delivery firm, they lost two expensive orders I made and don't even bother to answer customer support emails.

Après avoir passé commande aux USA j’ai pris peur en lisant les avis tous plus négatifs les uns que les autres. Je veux rassurer les gens qui commandent et qui, comme moi n’ont pas choisis cette société : TOUT s’est bien passé. Colis arrivé dans les temps et aucun soucis

I ordered a t-shirt on Printify for one of my customers in Ontario, Canada, they used Asendia to ship the order which they told me was shipped on July 7th and assured me the delivery would be on June 18.it is now July 13th and my client just got his package yesterday !!! It took Asendia 5 weeks to deliver a t-shirt from Usa to Canada. Lol. This company is total joke, a fraud and they lie to cover their incompetence. Don't use them and don't use Printify

Absolutely awful experience with asendia! For a month in tracking details nothing more than that the parcel is in transit, at the end when the parcel reaches the country ( later than it should) it just says “delivery failed” no details, no one called about delivery, why is it fail? No one answers from their customer support!!! No details available about my parcel! The worst delivery service I have ever experienced?

I have now (inadvertently) tried to have two different things shipped via Asendia. Both were things purchased from Amazon via 3rd party sellers who were using Asendia to ship. In both cases I had estimates that were ~ 1 month out from the purchase date. In the first case I received a delayed delivery notice - it was delayed by 2 days. A few days later I got a second delayed notice - this time it was delayed another 5 days. I wrote to the seller to get a refund because this was a complete joke, I could have paid $2 more and bought from a seller that used Amazon fulfillment and gotten it within 2 days. In that case the seller told me that they looked into it and Asendia "lost the package." Whether they did or not I'll never know because they provide ZERO tracking information beyond "received package". Fast forward a few weeks and my second purchase was due to arrive yesterday (10th of July) and when I logged in to check today - surprise, surprise - there's a notice saying the package is delayed until the 16th. I have a feeling I'll be asking for a refund for this item on the 16th if history is any indicator. TL;DR: stay away from this company. As you can tell from other reviews these guys don't seem to understand the concepts of estimating delivery times or of actually delivering things.

Je vient grossir le nombre de personnes qui n'ont pas reçu leur colis. Bizarrement le suivi n'a pas évolué depuis le départ de leur entrepôt au royaume uni, je ne sais pas où se trouve mon colis. J'ai envoyé un mail à leur service client aucune réponse. Obligée de contacter le commerçant qui lancera une enquête. Inutile de dire que tant que je verrai que c'est ce transporteur je ne passerai plus commande. Vu le nombre de plaintes concernant celui ci on se demande pourquoi les entreprises travaillent avec eux.

I ship through ebay international for sales. Recently eBay has contacted through Asendia. I shipped a package to Copenhagen May 27th. The package sat in their facility till July 2nd. It is now sitting in Denmark one month and two weeks after shipment my customer still has not received their package. I sent another to Ontario Canada and it has been sitting in Chicago for 3 weeks now. Terrible service. If you want to lose customers ship Asendia.
