I rarely write any review but this company has been the worst carrier I have ever experienced in my entire 40 years. How can a simple box be in transit since 2 months and when you talk to support they have no clue other than asking you to wait for your package. I shipped literally thousands of time with DHL, FEDEX, USPS,UPS,ARAMEX and many other transportation carriers you probably never heard of and never had issues other than slight delays but guess what? First time with Asendia and my package is probably lost. Never ever.....

Honestly, I don't understand the negative comments. I recently ordered a few t-shirts from ETSY.com and they were delivered via courier ASENDIA. From order to delivery, everything went smoothly. In addition, my package was perfectly trackable via the asendia/track website. Once my package was on Belgian territory, BPOST took it over without any major problems.

I emailed multiple to ask for more information about the package I shipped, and they ignored me. Disappointing. I don't recommend this carrier.

Ich erwarte eine Lieferung aus Kanada. Weil meine Adresse angeblich unbekannt ist, wurde das Paket in einer Pick-up-Station abgegeben. In welcher? Von welchem deutschen Zustelldienst? Keine Angaben. Nun wird die heiß ersehnte LP wohl wieder nach Kanada zurückgesendet werden.

El servicio ha sido malo, desde inicios de mes pedí algo y me dieron el número de seguimiento ASES20002776385911. Hace días que dice que la dirección es incorrecta, sin embargo, es totalmente lo opuesto porque los datos están bien. Luego me aparece como "entregado" y claramente yo no he recibido el paquete. Me comuniqué con ellos, pero jamás contestan así que es inútil el formulario que te dan para "contactarlos".

Uduelig service og support. De erkender at de tabt min pakke efter tre MÅNEDER i transit, men henviser til at afsender ska refundere hvilket de selfølgelig ikke vil, då de ikke fået pakken i retur. Ikke heller kan de forklare hvordan pakke kan forsvinde. Det er kun betalt for track and trace siger de, hvilket ikke har sket fordi den er sporlåst forsvundet. Det eneste de klarer er at sige "det duer ikke at kontakte oss" Det passer dog till 100%... The answer below is useless. This is of course already done and Asendia is refusing to answer when we contact them.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst! There is a reputable online retailer I enjoy purchasing from and they use Asendia (and Metro Supply Chain) for their delivery service in my area. I have had to stop shopping with this retailor because of the horrible service, stress and time wasted with the delivery service. Consistently, with every delivery they go from “out for delivery” to “unsuccessful delivery attempt” the problem being there is NEVER any delivery attempt made. They have my phone number; no call is made. They have the buzzer code; it is not used. I know this because my cellphone records any calls, the building directory system records contact attempts on your phone and I have even put up a large sign in the building entry to the driver with the name of the retailer, my name, the buzzer code, and my suite number. They retailer is paying for a service; I am paying for delivery and neither of us is getting that service only frustration and wasted time. This company should not be in business.

Des voleurs revendeurs de colis.. ils mettent livré alors que pas du tout. J’étais là. Déplus il s’écoule 2 minutes entre la notification “votre colis est en cours de livraison” et “votre colis est dans la boîte aux lettres”. Impossible de les joindre même en envoyant des mails via leur site. Fuyez leur service!

Pakket is op 6 juni verzonden. Er kwam een melding dat dit op 10 juni in Nederland was aangekomen. Daar heeft het tot 20 juni gelegen en is op 21 juni aangekomen in Frankrijk, terwijl ik dus in Nederland woon. Op vragen via site wordt niet geantwoord. Ben benieuwd of ik ooit nog iets ga ontvangen. Ik ben er bang voor. Update 26 juni. Inmiddels is de status al vijf dagen dat mijn pakket is vertrokken uit Frankrijk maar ik weet niet waarheen. Na vijf dagen in ieder geval nog niet in Nederland. Zelfs op de fiets was het al allang geweest. Asendia plaatst wel een reactie op mijn review maar ik heb liever dat ze hun tijd steken in het bezorgen van mijn pakketje. Update 30 juni. Nog niets ontvangen en ook niets genomen van Asendia. Volgens status is deze nog steeds vertrokken vanuit Frankrijk maar weet ik niet waarheen.

Voleurs de colis. Ils disent livré alors qu'il vous remettent pas le colis. If your order has received a Delivered scan I would advise contacting the final mile courier as they will provide the most recent information in regards to the location of Delivery. Thank you for contacting Asendia and have a pleasant day. ---le livreur marque livré dans la boîte aux lettres ! Mais absolument aucun colis se trouve dans ma boîte aux lettres. Maintenant faut se retourner contre le vendeur car la poste qui est de chez Asendia n'est pas responsable non plus. Un bel merdier.

Wir erhielten eine Versandmitteilung mit einem Link zur Sendungsverfolgung. Weder enthielt diese eine Angabe über den beauftragten Verkäufer noch über das versendete Produkt. Da wir mit dieser Mitteilung nichts anfangen konnten, hielten wir sie für eine Phishing Mail und haben den Link natürlich nicht betätigt.

Ik heb mijn pakket nog steeds niet duurt nu al 27 dagen en heb ook geen enkele update van mijn pakket alllen dat hij 5 juni was ingecheckt en verder niks meer gekregen.

Sinds 27 mei staat de melding aangegeven: vrijgegeven door de douane. Bij DPD is het pakket electronisch aangemeld. De indruk wordt gewekt dat het pakket bij DPD is..dat is jammer, het is niet zo. Bij de verkoper staat vermeld dat het pakket 10 juni zou aankomen.geleverd worden. Dat is jammer..het is niet zo. Op de Asendia pagina waarop reden van vertraging wordt vermeld..daar staat Nederland niet bij Een mail waarin ik om aflever vertraging melding vraag is tot nu toe niet beantwoord. Asendia heeft aardig wat leerpunten. Ik hoop dat ze er iets mee kunnen en tot constructieve oplossingen komen.

Parcel been in transit since June 1st, keeps updating location unknown. What flight takes 17 days to reach australia. Got something shipped from asendiaUSA last week and its already arrived in australia so cant say bad things for their branch.

If I could rate lower than one star, I would. There was a delivery reported for me today. Strange thing is, there was NO delivery. Checked the order and saw the photos. The number on the house where the delivery was made is 66, on what street I have no idea. Needless to say the number on my house is nowhere near that...and in a totally different neighbourhood. This is more than unacceptable!

I ordered an item from an eBay seller in the US. ETA was yesterday but I heard nothing. Today at 11-25 I received an email from them saying they had successfully delivered my parcel at 14-33 today. In other words, 3 hours later than the email they had just sent me. I was out but nobody had rung my Ring doorbell and my cleaner was here. I have no parcel, my neighbours haven't seen it either and now Asentia is showing a delivery time of 13-33 on my e-Bay account. I have a tracking number from the seller and sent it to Asentia who replied saying they would contact me 'right away'. That was two hours ago. Their phone will only take messages and they have not provided any photo evidence of delivery either. Surely they can track their delivery vans? Other companies do. If anyone knows how to get a response from a person in their company I'd be very grateful to know how. This is a one-off item which can't be replaced and if it has been delivered elsewhere I would like to pick it up ASAP. I'm also curious to know how or why they have shown two separate 'successful' delivery times neither corresponding with the email I had which was BEFORE the delivery. Are they honest? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for any help.
