United Kingdom | 23 December 2024I've been trying to track a parcel handed over to Asendia last week 14th December 2024 the date Asendia states it was shipped too. It states that it departed the Asendia facility 19th December 2024. Additional information given is a different Tracking ID and that the delivery partner is Royal Mail. I've tried tracking with then unsuccessfully. I also tried USPs which provided this information Label Created, not yet in the system which means A status update is not yet available on your package.it will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is given to USPs it's ludicrous that I don't know where my package is right now.

Estonia | 19 December 2024Absolute worst shipping company. We are an online retailer that sells all over the world. First of all, their tracking system is very bad. You can't track any progress. But most importantly, they failed to deliver in 3 weeks all of our 30 packages that we wanted to send to customers inside Europe. About 10% of the packages are lost or stolen. TL;DR: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!

Netherlands | 19 December 2024had wat besteld via amazon en dat werd verzonden met asendia had nog nooit van hun gehoord dus ging even zoeken op google na het lezen van de reacties hier had ik er weinig vertrouwen in maar had bij de bestelling een track en trace gekregen via google de track en trace pagina van asendia opgezocht en kon alles volgen en dat het in nederland door postnl bezorgd zou worden heb mijn pakket vandaag binnen gehad zelfs twee dagen eerder dan gepland.

Absolutely the worst 'delivery service' (and I use that term loosely) I have ever dealt with. I purchased an order from the USA on 29th September 2024. It was shipped on the 1st October 2024. It arrived in my country (Australia) on 18th October 2024. It finally arrived on 18th December 2024. I would avoid this company at all costs. 79 days since the order date! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Finland | 16 December 2024My package is marked as delivered in a different country from mine and the senders. I saw messages in tracking that they tried to contact me. I sent them several emails about this asking if they have my correct information and if I need to do something to recieve the package. They just said my package is delayed until it got a message that my package is delivered in another country. The sender confirmed that my contact information and address are correct and I could see the right address in the tracking info. 0 stars for both the service and customer support. I recommended the sender/seller to never use this company again. I've never had any trouble aside from delays with any other company that delivers from the USA.

Once upon a time parcels from the states where handled from beginning till the end by USPS (United states postal service - not to be confused with UPS). Many years ago I remember an instance where my USA package arrived in 3 days to UK. Yes, 3 days, unbelivable but true. Now things have changed hence for whatever reason USPS seems to handle the parcels in the USA only. Then they get sent somewhere after - as pointed out by somebody else - they have travelled everywhere in the USA. And ASENDIA takes care of them................................................................. And after this lenghty beginning I can say: here is where the problem starts: Asendia takes "care" of the item and then it goes to yet another 2 or 3 locations and, finally it get at the departure airport............. Apparently it gets loaded on a plane that start flying around the globe for a number of days/weeks. After a long time the item reappears and arrives to destination...... maybe/perhaps. The excuse is variable: customs fault or time of the year fault (we are near Christmas, but this is not a valid excuse because Christmas comes along every year) . It appears that ebay is not the only one using it, as first time I heard of this company it was a couple of years ago when I order something from Spoonflower. This first time I never received the item. Asendia did not have any explaination and Spoonflower sent me another item free of charge and using another courier. The item I am waiting for now has left some place near NY on Dec 9th. That is the last I heard from the tracking. UK courier (Royal Mail) is totally innocent: they sent me an email that they have been advised this item is coming, but cannot deliver what it has not arrived. Also waste of time giving the fault to the customs: yes, I know that I will have to pay some fees, but from old experiences the customs are very eager to clear a parcel where a fee has been applied (It is Royal Mail that pays the fee, then I/the customer will have to pay back Royal Mail to have the parcel delivered); again I knew before ordering I would hav had to pay for my item . So waste of time accusing the customs now as, however, shouldt he custom have witheld my item I would see it on the RM tracking. Conclusion: hope that ebay will change carrier, as this is absolutely the worst ever carrier they could have picked up. Terrible shopping experience

I see I am not the only one who received an email on 14th December saying that package had been delivered when it most definitely has not been delivered. Parcel arrived 2 days later, would have saved me a lot of stress if they had made it clear in the first place that it had not yet been delivered to me.

Canada | 15 December 2024READ THIS If you are a vendor or making a purchase from Canada. ASENDIA DOES NOT PROVIDE DELIVERY START TO FINISH. THIS CAUSES ISSUES WITH CUSTOMERS RECEIVING THEIR ORDERS. IT SEEMS LIKE THIS IS A SCAM. Highly doubt I'll ever receive my order, based on these other bad reviews. If I could give zero stars, I would. First time ordering from Etsy, made on Nov 11th. Will not order from Etsy again due to the method which Asendia operates. I asked seller, 'digitalivemad' in the UK, how delivery would be made as I was concerned about the postal strike in Canada. I was advised it was through Asendia. Never heard of them but they appeared to be a courier so I figured my delivery may take a while but it would circumvent the Canadian postal strike. It's Dec 14 and order has been sitting in Bell, CA since Nov 26. I contacted the vendor again, and only then, they advised the Canadian portion of delivery would be through the postal system. My gift, which was to commemorate a First Christmas, will not be received by Christmas. Purchase has become pointless. I've received deliveries from New Zealand in less than a week by Purolator. Don't use Asendia if you want your delivery in a reasonable, timely fashion.

According to their own tracking site, They have shiped the parcel 5-6 times around the US instead of directly sending it to the airport. The worst logistics EVER! We seriously need the repair part in the parcel and no one knows where it is

Belgium | 12 December 2024My package was stolen by the delivery person. I was home all day, waiting, and suddenly received an email saying that my package had been delivered. Since then, Asendia has not responded to my complaints. I strongly advise against using Asendia as a parcel delivery service!

Asendia me donne un lien pour chercher mon colis, mais c'est justement sur ce lien où j'ai vu que mon colis est apparemment en Espagne alors que je suis en France (et mon colis viens d'Angleterre). Il n'y a donc personne dans cette société ??? Ils ne répondent pas aux mails. Il y a un service qui vole les colis ? Je veux mes 2 commandes ! They ship my parcel 10 times around the US instead of directly sending it to the airport. These people do not know jacksh*t about logistics and should close their business. Making online shopping single-handedly a nightmare. edit: now this smart-*** told me to just reorder. It´s a unique piece of clothing from a popular tv-series and very valuable. Wrote them an email but got no reply. Very "reputable". That they have the nerve to call themselves like this when they have a 1,4 star rating. Awful.
