It is mind-boggling that this company hasn't gone under. They are the slowest shipping service I have EVER come across in 20+ years of shipping things (private and commercial). Their customer service is non-existent and did not reply to 3 separate emails, including from the vendor who shipped my order with them. They take WEEKS to update tracking statuses. Their express option took a MONTH to ship between two EU countries only about 1500km away from each other...absolutely shocking when you consider that shipping from the US or China only takes a couple of weeks these days. I now absolutely refuse to do businesses with any vendor that uses Asendia. Avoid like the plague.

Jeg Bestilte en pakke den 2. Januar og nu skriver vi altså 19. Januar og den er endnu ikke kommet fra Tyskland- Man kan ikke spore pakken og får ingen besked fra Asendia. Sidste gang jeg handler med firma der bruger dem som kurer. Ak hvilken elendighed ! Det er sgu da helt langt ude... come ooon.. få dog fingeren ud for F... !!!!!!!

Le suivi de colis indique "destinataire absent" l samedi 18/1/25 à 11h50 : heure à laquelle nous étions 3 sur place, pas d'avis de passage (c'est pourtant la poste qui a une clé / vigik) : clairement un mensonge du livreur.

They flatout lost BOTH of my most recent orders. One has been missing since October (LS448099858CH); the seller now refuses to ship anything to me anymore because of the lousy experience with Asendia. The second one is going down the very same route and never made it out of the hub at all (420600099400109206094067264643). The item was limited and I probably won't get a chance to buy it again. In both cases the "customer support" simply shifted the blame to Etsy and told me to ask for my money back there. If you can help it, NEVER use Asendia for something you actually care about, there is a high chance you'll never see it and will spend months trying to get your money back afterwards, bothering sellers and shops as well.

Plus de suivis plus de nouvelle depuis j’ai contacter conseillé qui s’en fou complètement qui dis des mensonges comme quoi i va s’en occuper colis jamais reçu impossible de me faire rembourser je suis vraiment déçu !

Delivey expected in 2-10 days according to the tracking page. 2 weeks have passed and the package has done 450km in total, around a 4 hours drive. Awful service, i'm gonna report it to the eBay seller

An eBay purchase has been handed over to this joke of a company. Trackingbhasnt been updated in a week and I fully expect the parcel to be late, which will mean the purchase is free for me. The seller will loose out. Ebay sellers need to complain and ebay should drop this joke of a company.

Can you imagine a shipping company that will not reply to you and that the parent company can only tell you to "be patient" instead of offering any information on what's going on with Asendia themselves, after waiting almost half a year for anything to happen? I sure can! I have been waiting for a package to come through Asendia Singapore since August of last year, but I've only gotten one reply from Asendia USA who just referred me to their Singapore dept. and never replied to me, nor did the USA dept. reply to me when I sent them a 2nd email. I also tried getting in touch through their contact form but never got anything out of that.. tl;dr Can't get replies from Asendia....... What a waste of time and money this "company" is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edit; Thank you Asendia UK for replying, but my matter is with Asendia SG, which means your UK dept. cannot help with my issue sadly, according to the email I received from you.

This is by far the worst delivery service on this planet. You can literally send a donkey on its way and your parcel will arrive faster. How is this useless company even still in business? Would recommend everyone to stay as far away as possible, you'll only have issues

Das ist mit abstand das schlechteste Logistikunternehmen weltweit. Bei Kontaktanfregen werden Mails nicht beantwortet, Telefongespräche werden nicht angenommen und Packete stecken einfach irgendwo grundlos tagelang fest und haben keine Bewegung. Hut ab, so schlecht muss man zuert mal sein können. Absolut unterirdisch. ACHTUNG!!!! bitte bei jeder Onlinebestellung sicherstellen das nicht Asendia der Logistikpartner ist. Wenn ja Finger davon lassen und wo anders bestellen!

Tracking doesn’t update. My package has arrived but isn’t being delivered. It says the address is wrong but I checked and the address is correct. No way to contact customer service.

Hopeless company. Tracking had no dates; no Cities or Location; no response to queries. And 4 weeks from USA and nothing received. Why do seller's and Ebay use this mob?

Oh, Asendia. They "delivered" my package outside the building in a pile of snow, and it was promptly stolen. The delivery driver could not be bothered to enter the lobby, so he left it near the sidewalk of an apartment building. It's so lacking in common sense it's difficult to believe. The worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
