Whenever I have contacted Asendia for customer service assistance I have had a great experience. Yesterday I needed help and customer service person, Paola Yanez, was very responsive. She took initiative to resolve our problem. I am very appreciative of her willingness to go up and beyond to help.

Paket aus Italien nach Deutschland bis heute , 08.01.2025 noch nicht angekommen. Laut Tracking : 16. Dez 2024 : shipment created 27. Dez 2024 : received at post office, Asendia Hub Rodgau (SCL) 27. Dez 2024: received at Hub Asendia Italy (Milano) seitdem Funkstille, keine weiteren Tracking-Infos. Seit 23 Tagen unterwegs, keine Antwort von Asendia auf emails. Schlechter gehts nicht. So ein Laden müßte verboten sein. Und an Asendia: Spart Euch Euren Kommentar hier drunter, Ihr Nichtsnutze !

A fuir colis envoyer des usa le 1er décembre bien arrivé en France et depuis plus rien biensur cest un colis hyper important pour réparer ma voiture qui depuis plus d’un mois végète au fond du garage bref fuyez cette entreprise ! Faut fermer cette boite !!!!

Catastrophique ! Ne jamais commander si c’est Asendia le transporteur !!!! Colis commandé le 24 novembre 2024 , à ce jour aucun colis en vu !!! J’ai contacté le service client une dizaine de fois par mail , aucune réponse à part pour me dire de suivre le colis sur le site !!! Actuellement 43 jours de transit pour pour mon colis en provenance des États Unis qui devait être livré le 12 décembre !sur le suivi on m’indique que celui ci a été dédouané depuis le 11 décembre et depuis plus aucune nouvelle !!! J’ai appelé absolument tout les transporteurs , ils se renvoient tous la balle ! Bref a fuir !!! Mais je ne lâcherai pas l’affaire !!!

He hecho mi pedido en temu y unos días después empezé a tener las actualizaciones del pedido . Pero siempre iba con retraso porque cuando lo veía por ejemplo el 26 y no hay nada pero vuelvo a mirar el día siguiente pues hay nuevas informaciones . Y después me marcaba que fue *entregado* el 31 cuando en ningún momento me ha llegado . Yo pensaba que era un error y que iba llegar más tarde pero unos días más tarde me ha llegado un email donde me han dicho que tuvieron un problema con mi paquete y que no pudieron entregármelo . Mi paquete fue un paquete perdido . Afortunadamente, no necesitaba eso ahora que era cosas de cocina . La verdad que PE SI MO !

So frustrated. Apparently they received my parcel from Lee Stafford on 10th Dec. I can see that on their tracking. No update since and no sign of my parcel. No reply to my request. Has anyone had any luck getting through to them? I don't know why companies are using them given their performance! Terrible service. So unprofessional. Just reply to your customers, do your job, or shut up shop!

This is the WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. I ordered my items on the 24t of December and Paid my duty on the 28th Dec 20224 until today l have not received my items and today is the 4th of December. Now l am going back to Gauteng leaving the items here in Cap Town . They are so useless

I ordered a package through Temu , on the 18th of December 2024 , Asendia was the only courier available at that time , i paid the custom fee on 25 December 2024 they claim they dont work on Public holidays but they notified me. Today is 02 January 2025 ,and i have not received my package ,i have ordered again on Temu, on 26 December 2024 , the package is in Cape Town and due for delivery tommorrow by Bufallo. Asendia is absolutely pathetic in communication and service delivery ,rather cancel your order then to make use of them.

Ik kan mij niet voorstellen dat mooie shops zoals Miss Mary of Sweden in zee gaan met deze verzender! Ik heb al 2e keer besteld. Ook bij eerste bestelling in de zomer duurde het weken voordat het arriveerde. Nu is er helemaal geen info over mijn bestelling sinds 20 december 2024. Hun email bevat niet werkende links naar track en trace. Ik moest de shop contacteren om de link te krijgen. Wat een zonde...

Une catastrophe totale, service client inexistant et disparition totale du colis depuis le dépôt par l'expéditeur, je pense que mon envoi a servi de cadeau pour les fêtes de fin d'année, une honte. Ce transporteur est à fuir absolument.

Mijn pakje zou 23 december geleverd worden. We zijn nu 38 december en als ik het pakje gewoon in de winkel had willen afhalen kon dat vanaf 29 december. Ik ben boos. Heel boos. Sinds vandaag kan ik ook de track en trace niet meer bekijken. WAAR BLIJFT MIJN PAKJE?

Ordine con codice di tracking non valido. Non ho idea di dove sia il mio pacco. Spedito il 9 dicembre secondo il venditore. Ora siamo al 22 gennaio e ancora non ho notizie.

J’ai été livrée le jour prévu et de plus le livreur m’a informée par tel, de son passage. J’étais dubitative compte tenu des commentaires négatifs, je suis très heureusement surprise et je tiens à leur rendre justice ! Excellent service ce 24/12/24 !
