De grand voleurs , commande: LZ792197190FR passé depuis le 22 novembre sur AliExpress, il est marqué 2 semaines plutard que le livreur est soit disant passé ce qui est un mensonge car AUCUN livreur n’a sonné chez nous, résultat ils me disent que le colis est au bureau de poste, quel bureau de poste?? Colis perdu ou volé ? Vous êtes des arnaqueurs, Ma sœur a fait le tour des points relais de Lyon dans le froid à la recherche du colis sans résultat J’en parle sur toutes les plates-formes votre supercherie sera bientôt découvert

This company is dishonest and unreliable. They do not attempt delivery! We have had companies use this good for nothing shipping service and BOTH times they say “attempted delivery.” Guess what people have cameras! It forces people to be honest. What they do is they go straight to the nearest post office to THEM and drop it off. The company also has zero customer service. Have fun trying to get a hold of this place to let them know what their drivers are doing. It’s an answering machine and they do not call you back. I no longer will purchase or deal with anybody that uses this no name horrendous “shipping” company.

Mein Packet befindet sich seit dem 5. Dezember (Seit 8 Tagen) in der Luft (gemäss Asendia Packetverfolgung). Es kann nicht sein, dass bei der Bestellung Lieferzeiten von 2-5 Tagen angegeben werden und nach der doppelten Zeit hat mein keine Ahnung, was da läuft. Die Post sagt seit dem 5. Dezember, "Ihre Sendung wird demnächst der Post übergeben"

I have since been waiting for my package with order number (#BD0031795C) that was made on the 29th of May 2023 with tracking number ASL20230529ZA5713795, after doing a lot of back and forth follow ups with the seller they made a re-order and changed the tracking number to ASL20231012ZA5754777 but still there is no progress on the tracking diagram.

If I can give them “zero” I would but there’s no option for that! I am so frustrated because I ordered from UO and I did not receive my package because according to them the address was incorrect! It’s insanely impossible! And the funny thing is, when I checked the shipping details, the address was perfect!!!! This is not the first time that I have ordered something from UO. The difference this time is they used an insanely, inefficient and incompetent shipper!!! I hope they read this! I am so so frustrated right now. I can’t even call them!

Gli spedizionieri purtroppo hanno tutti qualche problema ma Asendia ne ha veramente troppi. La mancanza di strutture sul territorio la costringe ad affidarsi al peggior vettore dell'ultimo miglio presente sul territorio. Non rispondono alle mai e questo forse è il difetto peggiore.

Asendia claims that they sent the items through Canada Post and that Canada Post delivered the item and have proof, but their link doesn't show to what address since that is only available to the sender, not the recipient. So without that information the tracking number could be for any package. When I demanded the address that link was for they finally admitted the package was never received rather than provide the address for the tracking link which I presume was not for my package.

Asendia has the best customer service of all of the shipping companies we work with. My agent Lisa German is the absolute best. She is timely and detailed with her responses and follows up on issues without being asked!

The company does not actually deliver despite their notices that they are attempting. I have been trying to receive a package for weeks now and haven't due to their failings. They attempted to deliver at 5am, they did not contact me on other occasions and simply left declaring their attempt undeliverable. I am very upset because my package is expensive and a Christmas present. At this point i don't trust that it will be delivered. This has been the worst experience and no one is rectifying the problem and trying to coordinate delivery with me.

Silly old Asendia, who seem to be using Evri (formerly Hermes) to deliver in this country. The Evri courier has delivered to some door other than mine, since if I click tracking, the photo shows a modern door and tracking even admits it has been delivered to an "alternate address")! Will try to get Evri to pick up the parcel from wherever he delivered it, but will probably end up having to get a refund (from a US company) via my credit card. No wonder I am forced to use Amazon 99% of time

My package cleared customs a LONG time ago, nothing has been done to deliver my package, eBay seems just as confused as me and seems willing to refund my item based on how lost you guys are

This is probably the third or fourth time i've gotten a package with asendia and there has never been a good time. Normally urban outfitters ships with this service in Canada and every single time i've order something that could break it has come COMPLETELY broken. This time I had bought something from american eagle and when I saw the delivery service I immediately started getting ready to be frustrated and annoyed.. thankfully it was only clothes. The delivery driver dropped it off at 10:30pm and in front of my garage door. Thankfully I found it early in the morning before my family ran it over as no delivery driver was ever stupid enough to leave it in such an inconvenient spot COMPLETELY visible from the road.

Not serious or reliable ! My package ( 6NUKX7ISBKT40A9UQJYLYC ) from Limited Run Games has been in their hands since November 6, it no longer moves ! I wrote three messages to customer service, I still have no answers !

When I ordered and saw that my parcel would get delivered with Asendia, I started worrying, given the company's bad reviews. First, the parcel arrived today in good condition, so I am happy. But for a priority parcel to take 11 days (25th November - 05th December) to travel from Germany to Switzerland is way too long. Luckily, the delivery wasn't urgent, so I won't complain, it's okay. BUT: Their tracking is completely useless. I got 18 tracking entries, and none of them really told me where my parcel actually was. It tells you the parcel is in Asendia Hub Rodgau (SCL) right until the moment it actually arrived in Switzerland, and I got a notification from the proper Swiss Postal Service. And even now, according to their website, the parcel is still in customs in Zurich, when it actually is in my house. So, I was surprised to find it in my letterbox today after having checked their site. For a company that does logistics as their business, one would expect some professional, functioning tracking tool.

EEUS005468907CA0 is my tracking code. where is my shipment? It was cross docked and received in Canada weeks ago after it cleared customs and has not moved since November 9th from the cross docked position! It was supposed to be here days ago. Where can I complain about this?

Shocking. I’m in Australia and have ordered a package just from New Zealand that usually takes 5 days to reach me. But the company started using Asendia to send their packages and is now day 21 with no package, no updates and tracking saying my parcel has been sitting in a processing facility for 7 days: what the h*ll?! I would be extremely wary of this company. Package will not arrive. I’ve requested a full refund from the company.
