My parcel coming from the US to Morocco has been stuck in Switzerland for close to a week, and the tracking page is down more often than not. Not sure if it has to do with the volume of parcels around this season, but considering that about a month ago it took only a week for it to arrive to me from the US, it's just wildly inconsistent.

The worst logistics company. I purchased a product in mountainwarehouse.comstore They offer delivery to Poland only via asendia. It was 9 days left and parcel is still in transport. The first and last shopping using Asendia delivery. Do not recommend this company anyone

Ik schrok nogal van de reviews, helaas had ik het product al besteld een betaald (US). Het bleek echter probleemloos te gaan. Je moet wel op de track en trace in je factuur klikken. Bij binnenkomst in NL wordt het nl afgegeven aan post nl en krijg je een nieuw nummer, dit wordt dan zichtbaar, en het product is via post nl te volgen

3x UPDATE! ASENDIA has now lost 9 packages (out of 12) with value over $3000USD. They are stealing packages that they perceive as having value, or not bothering to ship at all, so they can still get paid, then sell the items at auction. They have an F on BBB; any positive reviews you see here are fake. The bad reviews are 100% correct. Asendia has lost many of my packages, most recently a valuable and massive 80lb box. Their 800 number goes to a blank voicemail box 24/7 - there is massive corporate or employee theft occurring. They have lost all Etsy & eBay shipments between Oct 2023 and Nov 2024; confirmed with well over a dozen merchants. This company is a criminal enterprise and NOT a logistics partner. ONLY USE IF YOU ENJOY INSURANCE SCAMMING INDIVIDUALS AND LOSING THEIR PRODUCTS/SERVICES.

colis LZ779886314FR chez asendia depuis trois jours, j'esperes que cela ne va pas faire comme pour le precedent colis qui a ete perdu et soit disant retourne a l'envoyeur. qu'attendez vous pour le remettre a colissimo? qui l'attend pour me le livrer? injoignable par tel ou par leur site en "maintenace" comme c'est commode, il semble que cette boite s'ecroule en en douce et berne tous le monde

Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoiles. Toujours mettre échc de livraison, mais j'étais à la maison toute la journée! Ma camera affiche que personne n'est venu sonner. Ils sont jamais mettre minimum d'effrot pour livrer le colis, si c'est comme ça pour quoi faire ce métier?! Donc je ne sait toujous pas quand est ce que je peux avoir mes colis, impossible de contacter!!!!!

Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoiles. Colis marqué livré avec signature ?? Alors que le livreur ne m'a pas contacté le jour où il était censé déposer le colis. Impossible de les joindre. J'espère que cette société tombera en ruine 200 euros parti en fumé....

Mon colis reste bloqué sur le statut « arrivé au centre de tri de la région » depuis maintenant 6 jours, mon délai de livraison est dépassé et je n’ai toujours rien reçu!! C’est insupportable ces livreurs qui ne savent pas livrer correctement les coli, ils n’ont pourtant qu’un seul job à effectuer…

This company is useless! I am filing a complaint with the BBB and RCMP. There is obviously something wrong with this company! Take a look at the reviews! I encourage everyone to file a complaint with the BBB and local authorities in your area! This company needs to be shut down! Their tracking is very sketchy and a complete waste of time. I never received my parcel and when I enquired I was told it was delivered! I informed them it wasn’t as I was home and I also have 2 cameras on my front door area and nothing was shown! They then told me it was delivered to wrong address but has been redirected which was a bunch of crap. Every reply on here to complaints is the same answer! Shame on this company for scamming so many people!

pacco inesistente, andato perso subito il numero di tracking HEHEHE83746 non si capisce se sia stato preso in consegna o meno dal venditore amazon che dichiara di averlo consegnato al corriere! Siamo gia' oltre la consegna prevista non rispettata, e nessun modo per contattare un servizio clienti a parte il form sul loro sito a cui non rispondono. E' una consegna voluminosa e sono bloccato a casa in attesa della ricezione da diverso tempo per evitare di perdermi la consegna. Vedendo il numero di recensioni negative qui 81% una stella. Totalmente inaffidabile. Inoltre al numero di telefono del customer service +448458738155, nessuno risponde.

Colis envoyé par un site de ventes de vinyls bien connu. C'est après que ça se gâte..aucun suivi .je sais tou pas où est mon disque..tu sais tout de suite que l affaire est mal engagée avec ce transporteur..j'ai déjà fais une croix sur mon colis..minable

habe diese dienstleister für mein unternehmen für das versenden von kleidung ich habe wirklich keine ahnung was mit dem paketen passiert, aber teilweise sind sie mehrer tage bis wochen im HUB ohne jegliche sendungsverfolgung oder einen fortschritt in meinem letztens versand steht da, dass ein avis angefordert wurde, was soll das??

Great customer care from both USA and UK offices. I had contact with both and with their help was able to track and find my missing package which had got all the way to the UK then had been delivered to the wrong address by a different carrier.

I wish I could give zero stars , the parcel was in the country on 9th and there is no progress afterwards. My order took 4 days to get dispatched from London and since then it’s stuck with Asendia. And as everyone has mentioned they have the standard reply despite multiple complaints . I am not even sure whether a human ever checks the complaints looks like a robo reply . I asked them when my order will be delivered and they are replying with the same status already posted on their tracking site . First I am disappointed in Karen Millen for choosing ascendia as their delivery partner and now this postage service is like a nightmare. I have my event today and I am chasing them for last 4 days and now I have come to a point where I am hopeless and helpless . If you need more delivery fee let me know will give it you but for God sake deliver my order.

Item still nowhere and false delivery claims being made. Page after page after page of negative reviews and all they do is reply to them with their standard "on rare occasions" template. Well 90% of the reviews are negative so their definition of rare must be different to the rest of the worlds

Dianna made the effort to chase my package up for me, even though she didn't have to. I felt supported. She made me associate a positive experience with Asendia.com. It means if I know this company is involved in my package, I feel more secure.

Package almost 2 months in the destination country, nothing is happening. Automated Email response. Avoid this garbage shipper at all costs. Edit: sogar hier automatische Antworten. Kann man sich nicht ausdenken
